The agony of 12 years of waiting is equivalent to rigorous imprisonment It was a sword he had hanging on his head. Commute those 12 years delay in justice to 6 years . Our system needs transformational changes in delivery of justice.

What Sanjay dutt has to do with other families . Out of 100s of families you are worried about, have you help a single one ! Forget helping , do you know anybody's name who suffered from the bomb blast.
Jail is not a star hotel to provide required comfort for him. It is the place where he has to undergo the punishment for the criminal act which he has done. Punishment wont come with comfort, why do rediff should be bothered so much about him, has he been sentenced for some good work which he has done? For which we all Indians are proud to speak about him and concentrate on how he is sleeping etc. rediff stop putting all such nonsense things on your headlines, start concentrating on some thing good

Man, Such jails are provided only to War of Prisoner. Jail as a term is isolation from regular living, so that criminal does not hamper normal life. it is take away from common world , because he is creating a problem for others. That does not mean , anyone should be such treatment.
Sad news for the bollywood and for all his fans including me...i wonder why did the system take 14 damn years to get him behind bars?? he has already suffered alot in those 14 years..think think...

Dont get carried away by Reel life. Crime is a Crime. It is not only this case which has taken 14 years. The system is so. Why have you not expressed your concern for the other convicts?

these 14 years were like buying the time for him, particularly youth , he got to get his career going in these 14 years . he had the inconvinience of visiting court but that is nothing as compared to people who stayed in hospitals for months or years limp , with amputated limbs ,or worse died in the blast. all said and done , sanju had had something to do with it. no?
Even after he was bailed out earlier, he was again in constant touch with his so called aakas like the b*st*rds Shakeel, abu salem and all. The media n police have telephonic conversation records of the same. If he really repented for his act of possessing arms why was he in constant touch with these unscrupulous evil characters sharing intimate details of the film industry with them. He Really Needs to Learn The Hard WAY. Kudos to Indian Law.....

yes it is right decision , sanjay dutt is same crimnal like other, but in his past life he did some good films, in which ware very good massage for all human being. he is the only actor whose film we can watch with our whole familt althow other actors film are impossible to watch with family as per hindustan culture.

The judge wanted to become a star overnight. Thats all. Accusing 100 could not give him as much limelight as accusing Sanjay Dutt alone. I must say he's an intelligent fellow & you a stupid one!

I just want to ask one question to TADA COURT that u have given sentence to each and every verdict involved in 93 blasts.but do have any answer that when the main verdict Dawood Ibrahim will get the punishment.I tell u never coz the Indian police and the Indian system is good for nothing,U guys only do brave things with innocent people like dutt.coz when it comes the matter of ur father dawood u all go in ur shells and behind ur wifes [peticoat] so better is that u all wear [choodies ]and do mujra in dawoods party which all the policman and the judges and the politicians do everytime...........JAI BHARAT MATA KI........

Bunch of fools. Inder, before you question the "Indian system", question yourself - what has your contribution been? If we can get hold of Dawood, I am sure the system is going to take care of him as well. It isnt that easy with bunch of gulf countries and pak which donot have extradition treaty with India (for their own reasons). Do you think the judge is forced by any one to sentence Sanjay? I am sure the judge could have made more money then you can dream had he let sanjay off. Hats off to the judge.

It is a shame on u and Dutt supporters to call a terrorist supporter as innocent. The entire Bollywood is rotten with connections with underworld and terrorists. Dutt should have been awarded with a life term. If u catch Dawood and produce before Khode, he will definitely award death sentence to him.

It is not possible to put dawood behingd the bars because as our politicians and police and doing Mujra in his party and khode will not make this mistake coz he has become star by givng this type of BULLSHIT judgement to SANJU again he wants to retire with his life.
We are not stating sanju is innocent but for his mistake he had spent in jail 18 months and he is celebrity there must be some relaxation to him .
