RE:I know you r a ghreat judge!!
by ravindra gokhale on Jul 31, 2007 05:36 PM  Permalink
is it allowed to kill common people in serial bomb blast by taking shelter of demolishing Babri Masjid.

You cant say they have demolished hence we will kill people and dont punish also.

If it is so Musharaff has demolished Lal Masjid in Muslim country & entered with Army in Masjid then what will u do to him

In Bhivandi only for police chowky some people killed police personnel brutally is it alright

or whatever you do is only alright

Your Mullas will take out fatwa for cartoon it is allowed because cartoon was against your religion

But MF Husain draws saraswati and other deities along with Bharat Mata in nude it is matter of his freedom of 'Kala'

That time everybody shouts in favour of your people All Congress, communist and other intelletuals.

Those who speak out will be considered as communal. So nobody dares it.

If u put cap on head and keep unshaved it is freedom of religion.

If somebody has tilak then he is communal.

This all discrimination is not your problem it is due to Congress and communist and samajwadi people.

So enjoy these facilities because it is hindu having higher population %age.

How can u justify like this? If this justification is correct, then maybe we should also say that Gujrat Riots were justified.

Regarding Justice Kode
by sucheta jena on Jul 31, 2007 05:12 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Thank you Sir.As a judicious person Justice Kode passed the Judgement according to law.Our law is blind and its depends only evidence. If evidence goes against a inocent person then he will be penalised according to law.But Sir, yourlordship passed the judgement after verifying all the evidences.Whole country has softcorner for Sanjay Dutt. But Justice Kode doing the duty try hislordship's best. But in Sanjay's case-he is not a hardend criminal or a habitual offender. He was a victim of the circumstances. Hey..Rediff,What you mean by he had softer side "too".That heading sounds like,as if he has been cruel all his life.
Have you decided that a great man like Mr.Kode is INHUMAN? Or you feel sad he has punished your superstar Sanjay ? Change the heading....

Let minister of law ensure such incredible judgements in entire Nation!
by Gautam nil on Jul 31, 2007 05:10 PM  Permalink

Will the Union Governement ensure such land mark judgements in entire Nation to uphold justice to the people of India? Governement should ensure that as is glittering in the present case the investigation, prosecution and judiciary dischrge their duties perfectly well, to ensure justice! Any failures should be immediatly placed under suspension without even any susistance allowance by amednding the rules concerned! They should be placed in jail without any bail!

For instance, still the courts in the city of Chennai, especially at lower levels appear to manipulate in seniority of the pending cases that are pending to retain them without disposal despite the fact they are pending for long! Cases of senior citizens are also not given necessary priprities! Will the law miniter look into such attrocities in his jurisdiction to ensure justice is given at right time? Is it not necessary to dispose off every case withing three months?
