Jab jab dharm ki haani hogi, tab tab ek aise vyakti ka janam hoga !
by Berger Bareilly on Jul 31, 2007 06:19 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The entire drama reminds us of GITA where the Karmayogi comes out a clear winner in the end, after innumerous ups and downs in life and unending tests. Yada yada hi dharmasya, glanir bhavta bharatah, abhyuthanam dharmasya, tadatmanam srajamyaham, vinashaya chaduskratam, dharm shansthapnayartha, sambhavami yuge yuge !
At the moment of delivering judgement, Sri Krishna had appeared in form of Judge Kode to deliver the judgement of GOD !

Sanjib Jain, Bareilly

Good work by Judge
by Natesh on Jul 31, 2007 06:13 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The article spoke about the humane nature of the judge who tirelessly worked on the bombay blast case. He gave accused patient hearings and had even come to office to give them leave for attending funerals and ailing relatives. I am also proud that he didnt give in to media and politcal pressure. I see many messages here saying Sanjay is innocent and that he only had weapons for protection. Bollywood has been guilty of using money from the underworld, using them for settling money disputes etc. Kishore Kumar's murder is an example of that. If Sanjay Dutt is spared othes in Bollywood will continue to party with terrorists like Dawood and others. Recently it was revealed Abu Salem Dawood's brother was involved in a relationship with Monica Bedi. How did a bollywood actress be so romantically involved with a terrorist unless they had ample opportunities to socialize. This is a landmark judgement which will deter the film industry to have contacts with the underworld. If sanjay was threatened he should have obtained license for guns and saught police protection. Why did he have to buy firearms from the underworld? It proves he has been closely involved with them. They have used his money and hence he is guilty under the legal system. Though i am sympathetic to Sanjay Dutt and his family i believe the judgement was right. Thank you justice Kode for tirelessly working for the nation and upholding the rule of law. Bollywood wake up and stay away from underworld, this is a warning!

So judge Kode is corrupt because Sanjay is sentenced. Is he also corrupt bcoz he have death sentences to 13? How are you so sure he is corrupt? did you offer him bribe. Dont get emotional bcoz u r a sanjay fan. How do you think hundred's of witnesses can be dealth n 1 month. I agree indian judiciary is slow but we have 1 judge for 1 lakh or more here. With our population exploding we may soon have more delays.

Dear Enfantterrible,

Do you think, 100 accused out of 127 including Sanjay Dutt would be behind bars if Judge Kode took bribes? Also, if he took bribes, do you think he would break his head for 13 years over the case?

Had justice Kode wanted bribes he could have received in tens of crores. Can't you see he has awarded so many death and life sentences? What do you think how much Sanjay Dutt's producers, who have 50 crores on stake on account of Sanjay Dutt's fims in hand, would have paid? This is rubbish.

So according to you we should spare sanjay and look for dawood. He is treated like a royal in Pakisthan. How can we expect our neighbour to turn him over? they encourage terrorists to bomb our country. Sanjay deserves the punishment for socialing with the terrorits. For using their money and using their guns. Why didnt he buy arms legally if he felt threatened? Should he spared just because he is a movie star? Everyone is equal before law. Will you list down all the terrorists from 1947 and say why dont you catch them first and spare Sanjay Dutt? thats absurd thinking

so you mean to say every culprit in the prison shoud be set free if they confesses their guilt....so we do not need law and order, the court,prisons..even if any country drops atom bomb in our country ,should be pardoned if they confss it...
