please let us not get emotional over this issue...there are many cases still pending in the courts..Syed shahabuddin is free...sadhu yadav is enjoying..the delhi BMW case, salman khans run over case....and scores of undertrials persihing in indian jails without even a trial..the judicial system needs cleaning up and i dont have any hopes that this case is gonna do any good to the Justice delivery system in india. after all sanjay dutt got the minimum sentence for the crime and the verdict came after 14 agonisingly long years..justice delayed is justice denied.!!

What are you talking about?? How come a person who gave death sentence to so many people from Minority community become our President. Our Congress and our Leftist bhaibandhu will do anything to stop him from becoming president even though people want that!!

i donot think he will stoop so low to become a slave of sonia (prerequest to hold any high office like PM CM or president of india)

Atlast some changes in our judiciary Judgments should be like this only then India will change punishments should be severe and they should give verdicts soon do notdelay, and where is professor Gelani who even after supreme court ordered death penalty they went to prez Kalam and asked for mercy petition I think so kalam should have left it to the supreme court decision this is one failure in kalam he should have said yes to death penalty so that being a muslim he should have done it, this again shows his love for muslims.
Going through the article I feel proud that our country has a man of P D Kode calibre to hear a case for more than a decade of such a magnitude as 93 Mumbai Blasts and deliver the verdict which won appreciation from every walk of life.I salute the lerned Judge and admire his capability and capacity.
