Where do u find the law as same for everybody. Now, he will appeal in Supreme Court and will definately be bailed out.
For appealing in SC & bailing one needs to pay hefty fee, deposits and charges...DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT A POOR PERSON CAN AFFORD.
IN WHAT WAY DO U THINK THE LAW IS SAME FOR POOR AND RICH.

dont you think, there is nothing to be happy about. they have still got chance to appeal in supream court and again it'll take as long as 10-15 years to reach verdict and finally their wont be anything....what do you reckon?
India must enact a 'Enemies property confiscation Act ' similar to the one present in pakistan and bangladesh and confiscate the land, property and bank balance of such people.

You are right people like Narendra Modi should also be tried and later sent to prison as well as confiscating all his property
After the 16 months jail term, actually Sanjay is a changed man.. he had learnt, realized and confessed alot.. that were observed during his later meetings, chattings, and with Big B in Kon Benega Crorepati etc. One or two years would have been adquate for the purpose.. Anyway Law is Law at times may not be meant for humans.

Do you feel same for all other criminals as well. Law is same for every one.
Law is not same for everyone.. your speed limit in a road is 60 KM you are driving at 70 KM to make you surrender the Police has to drive at 80.. virtually he is also violating that rule?? Law is not equal for everyone.. if you go through daily newspapers you will come to know that..
