Why only salman, dont you remember Narendra Modi and PRaveen Togadia for killing thousands of innocent people in the 2002 riots in gujarat. How can you be so biased when it comes to people who had killed muslims. Just because Sanjay Dutt in involved in anti-hindu activities you say it is justified, just because salman is a muslim you want him to be tried...shame on people like you.

My dear brother, it is nothing do with hindu or muslim or any religion. The act which Sanjay did caused to kill thounsands of Mumbai people we don't know how many Muslims and how many Hindus dead. Salman was accused for his rash driving and killing innocent people. One more thing the unfortunate who lost his life due to rash driving of Salaman was a muslim. When any person does an unlawful act he should be punished irrespective of his religion. A criminal is criminal he cannot be hindu, he cannot be muslim . Hindusm never teaches how to commit crime nor the Lord Mohemad Paigamber. it is the guilti mental condition of the criminal. Please do not introduce any religious issue here.

people like you should be kicked out. This country is for Hindus as well as muslims. I believe in this because I am hindu.

There is nothing Hindu or Muslim about all this. What matters is whether it is wrong or right. The other person has put his point of view only. You too have every right to do the same.
I dont think there is anything reasonable in starting off a quarrel here like our revered parliamentarians do.

However one should try to find out under what circumstances Sanjay may have done this offence, keeping the Ak 46 at his residence. Some one might have terrorised him to do so, otherwise he or his loved ones may get hurt. Moreover, Sanjay Dutt never knew that there was a terror plot against the country at that point. I think, his good behaviour, and all other achievments should have been taken into account and let him go on parol. This is what i feel

Courts dont run on feelings. He was present at the dinner party organised by Dawood and he was knowing very well, who Dawood was and what he did to India.
