not good
by Bharat Express on Jul 31, 2007 03:05 PM  Permalink

our legal system is designed in manner allowing a Human being to undergo transformation not punishment only if the individual i a burden on society this does not apply now what good is it to put a transformed man to Jail and what good will it do to society other than the fact that yes some high society rogues will be careful for few days This man Sanjay has Played a role to help shaping our society through his movies and this man could have been kept on observation rather than directly send him to jail like a common criminal IF PEOPLE LIKE PHOLAN DEVI COULD BECOME MP AND even a terrorist like Yasin Malik could be given chance why not to this guy by the way iam not a fan of this actor or any other nor iam i sympathzing with him only commenting from the angle of Humanity.

sanjay dutt
by sonijacob on Jul 31, 2007 03:05 PM  Permalink

For a person who has already been in jail for 16 should not be granted another 6yrs in jail for the crime which he committed . This judgement should be given at the time of his arrest. He has already had enough of the dark eposide. There are so many criminals in the country going scottfree. If they can go free why can't sanjay dutt ? Sanjay dutt is arrested because he is a bollywood star. This was not a proper sentence given to him .

DENY HIM LUXURIES IN JAIL
by BhejaFry on Jul 31, 2007 03:04 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

These VIP criminals are given full access to luxuries inside jails.many mafia men prefer to go to jail because of security and they control their operations from inside the jail.they get 5-star hotel food , prostitutes, laptops, mobile phones etc with the help of corrupt pandu's.

we must make sure sanjay dutt does not get all these luxuries.

dutt deserved wt he got
by dhiren on Jul 31, 2007 03:04 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

sanjay dutt had kept an AK 47 rifle with him. It is a pity that if a common man would have been found with the rifle he would have been treated as a terrorist and most probably encountered without any qualms. Sanjay dutt got away from the TADA charges he will get away from the other charges too. if not 2day then 2morrow. If not he will most probably get parole after completing 2 to 3 years(he has already completed 18 months so only another 6months or so). He has been let off very lightly. he should have been convicted under TADA only then justice could b done.

True. Just because hes Munnabhai does not mean he can get away with anything. Though, 6 years is a fair enough judgement...though it could have been harsher.

Sanjay Dutt
by Rams on Jul 31, 2007 03:04 PM  Permalink

Those who are feeling sorry for Sanjay Dutt do not have any understanding of the severity of his crime. I am sure, has he been aware of the consequences, he might not have commited the crimes. And now he is really repenting. That is what makes people feel sorry for him.

foolish man i also understand that this is not right decision. in fact he should have got life impisonment for the crime he committed. if it would have been common man then it would have been even death penalty. his father being part of ruling party it should be counted as antinational act for which death penalty should have been awarded.
