not good
by Bharat Express on Jul 31, 2007 03:10 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

our legal system is designed in manner allowing a Human being to undergo transformation not punishment only if the individual i a burden on society this does not apply now what good is it to put a transformed man to Jail and what good will it do to society other than the fact that yes some high society rogues will be careful for few days This man Sanjay has Played a role to help shaping our society through his movies and this man could have been kept on observation rather than directly send him to jail like a common criminal IF PEOPLE LIKE PHOLAN DEVI COULD BECOME MP AND even a terrorist like Yasin Malik could be given chance why not to this guy by the way iam not a fan of this actor or any other nor iam i sympathzing with him only commenting from the angle of Humanity.

He is not the only person mentally harassed for Fourteen years. Think of all the family members effected by the blast, who have lost their near and dear ones and then think Sanjay Dutt. The punishment is peanuts.

In all our variety the judicial efficiency should not waver !
by Sanjaya Mishra on Jul 31, 2007 03:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

A common man does not understand why Sanjay Dutt has been punished where as people having commited equal or worse crimes have been freed !
Examples are many:Jessica Lal's murderer,Nitish Katara's murderer, corruptor like Sukh Ram,communalists like Modi etc.(the list is in fact who's who of today's powerful people).
The answer is the process of prosecuting has been corrupted; in Sanjay Dutt's case, as the case was of national importance, this process was carried out meticulously although belated.

Every body is equal before law; but not before prosecution.
My advice to Sanjay Dutt is to donate all his earning to build an institute in India which shall make prosecution, investigation and evidences more powerful.

Can you grant me bail?" Dutt then asked the judge. "If it was a lesser crime I could, but in this case I don't have the power to do so," the judge said.

These words sum up everything.

feel sorry for the dead ppl and for those who are still going through the trauma. Dont feel sorry for criminals tomorrow that bombs might cause distrubance to anybody's family who is expressing sorry form him now.
