Decision was correct and lawful but only upto certain extent.

I appreciate the decision which has been taken by the court but at the same time i feel its not completely lawful, it is having flaws it it. If we consider politicians, actors, cricketers, builders, businessmen and Gangsters. The most troubled communities are actors, businessmen, cricketers and builders because they only possesses strong financial back up.In case of politicians and gangsters, they possess all kind of back up and they cannot fall short because they have been supported by many means, because they know the system very well, they know how to exploit it upto certian extent. I am happy that Sanjay Dutt has been sentenced for 6 years with no mercy, but on the other hand there were few circumstances where the a political leader or a gangster had been to actual jail. They always had a way to come out, they always found out the loop hole in the system. At the end of the day, I can say that so called system of India wanted a publicity in the public to make them belive that your sytem is really very good and that's why Sanjay had been sentenced.

I donot think anyone even remotely conneted with this incident deserves sympathy. I still vividly remember the faces of the people sitting in the double decker bus that was cut to one fourth in the Worli blast. I was lucky to have walked out of the Udipi joints few minutes earlier.
