those who claim that 6 years is too less a punishement, need to be clear that currently lives of hindus do not matter in India.

Great Verdict
by Indian Bharath on Jul 31, 2007 03:18 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

GREAT VERDICT

If he would have been released, there is alot of hue and cry. As someone will say that he was released coz he is HINDU. Now there is no room for such argument. The LAW is above all.

One should know that they should not think, talk, act against HOME COUNTRY.

Now Sanju realised......but its too late.
Any way i pray GOD to keep him good.

Sentencing of Sanjay Dutt
by Suresh Rajendran on Jul 31, 2007 03:17 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I have sympathy for the Star. I also saddened that there is so much hue and cry on his sentensing. As of 11 persons were sentenced to death and there was no word of sympathy for them, doen't it mean that they deserve for that. Hats off to Justice P D Khode, who has inflicted people's faith in our justice system.

Thank you your honour!
by A.V.SUBRAMANYA on Jul 31, 2007 03:17 PM  Permalink

all these days I was apprehesive that Justice Khode may be lenient on Sanjay Dutt. Thank you your honour to proving me wrong. You have shown to the world what is unbiased judgement. Thank God that Sanjay Dutt's parents are not alive today. Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharni. Let him face the punishment. We Indians have the habit of going mad after their screen images. They are capable of planting any type of articles they want. they also know what they are and what they are doing. Let us not have sympathies for these people. I only wish that this should not have taken 14 long years.

Hatts Off to Judge Kode....... A Perfect Judgement.
by trupti kulkarni on Jul 31, 2007 03:17 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Lets forget that Sanjay Dutt is a Celeb for a while.

If he would have been a common man like us.Would this kind of popularity and affection from people could be expected for us?

Can a person who in movies plays a goody role of following gandhiji's principles have the right to do this?

Do our police troop who is safeguarding our country armed with all these advance weapons?

Is he authorised to committ such acts and pass on the law by political pressures?

You are right trupti!.

If Dutt is not a Celeb Or a renowned person? -

His sentence would be 15 years of imprisonment under TADA court. with 2 lakhs of fine.

Thanks,

Pradeep D

what ever happened today is not correct . i still believe that sanju baba is innocent.he should appeal in supreme court and i strongly believe that he will get correct justice there.
