Too Harsh on our Munnabhai
by varun kapoor on Jul 31, 2007 03:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is a very unfair decision. Me and my friends are deeply shattered. Where has it beeen written that he has actually done the bomb blasts. This man has gone through hell all through his life. He lost his mother when he was just in the begginning of his career. Helost his wife whom he loved the most. Drugs were his only support. He went to jail for a year and a half. Now why this to him. Just because he has played Munnabhai and brought a smile to your face when u were disturbed by your problems. Just because he taught you to learn the principles of Gandhi. This is unfair. Tell me you people, all those who dont support Sanjay Dutt. When u had sorrows in your life dint his movies make you smile. All you people who had family problems, financial problems, dint you watch his movies. You all are selfish.

Dutta is an actor and he has to follow the script. Some other actor would have even performed better than dutt also.

If you have sympathy , go with him in jail and spent time

Are you and your family Indian ? or rather are you at least human being ??? What was their crime who lost their lives in bomb blask ? what was their fault who lost his/her son, father, mother, dauther, etc. ?? Are you not ashamed of talking such non sense words. Who is dear to you, tell me if it is sanjay dutt then you should also go to jail with sanjubaba. just shame on your father and mother who produced such a dirty creature in India.

6 years is less....
by Jayant Joshi on Jul 31, 2007 03:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

i think 6 years are not much for his role in the blast. if i would have been the judge i will give him life imprisonment. i know he is a good guy from heart but how dare he commit such a crime..

Sanjay Dutt sentenced to 6 years in prison
by PANKAJ AMBULGEKAR on Jul 31, 2007 03:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Congrates to JUDGE KODE. considering the 1993 bomb blast effect, this punishment is too small. All the accused should be hanged till death becoz many of us has lost brother/sister/husbend/wife/children.

Victory to Judicial system
by Nikhil Mathur on Jul 31, 2007 03:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I write this with a heavy heart and with a sense of great sadness when i hear of the long imprisonment that Sanju will have to undergo.I feel sanju realised his mistake and changed himself .... but a little too late. I feel that considering the fact that the others who were with him have been sentenced I felt that Sanju Baba ought to also have been sentenced.... judiciary has finally proved that it is equal for all.

I pray for Sanju and his family and wish them all the best in the months and years ahead.I think theirs is a family that has set a precedent and example for this nation to follow. They are real leaders.... not the type our politicians are.

he will be taken into custody

he will appeal in sc

sc will release him on bail within 3 months

hearing will go on for another 5 years

sc will sentence him for 3 years

out of 3 years he would have already spent 2 years in jail so far

balance is one year

he will accept it

he will spend 6 months in jail

he will appeal for parole

jail authorities will give good behaviour report

and HE WILL BE A FREE MAN AGAIN

IN ALL HE WOULD SPEND JUST ANOTHER 8-9 MONTHS IN JAIL.

REMEMBER SC IS IN DELHI and in delhi ANYTHING is possible

Decision not fair

I think this decision is not fair at all. This is too much. He has already spent 1.5 yrs in jail and that should be considered. I think this is the fate of our law. Instead of showing sympathy and giving him a chance for improvement he is having to undergo these kinds or trails & trubulations. At least from the humanity and considering his age and his good behaviour from last few years, law should consider all things. And he has only kept the arms, he has not used them, And for this he has already spent imprisonment. That is truly not fair by heart. After so much he has undegone, his daughter & his famils needs him now.He needs to have some peace i feel by now after having lost so much in life.

its not the question of whether u hav dinner with sanju or not..... it is the matter of arms that r found in sanju's room... if u too hav arms then u will also be
sentensed..... just think of the ppl who died in blasts
becoz of the stupid actions done by these ppl

Hah.. good one.
But i think u score 0 in logic.
if A=B and B=C, A mignt not be = C. However, A is still = B.
Sanjay didnt have regular dinner with Dawood's friend. He used to have regular dinner parties with Dawood himself.

Well, your next question is, how do I know. I am sure the judges are not anti-Indian's or anti-sanjay. They know the facts and shame on you to put a person before the country interests.
