On Tuesday a news swept across all the news channels 'Sanjay Datt relieved by the court'. 'Sirf Munna Not a bhai' '13 saal ka vanvaas khatam' 'alhough found guilty for possession of armory, Sanjay can breathe a sigh of relief as all the TADA charges against him are withdrawn'
And then many experts like Salman khan saying 'He is a good person. We knew he will come out clean' Mr. Big B, 'Datt family and our family have relations for years - he's a good kid. He is like elder brother to Abhishek'. His sister Priya Datt 'we can sleep well tonight%u2026it's a great relief'
In another news: Parliament was mad at Indian team for performing badly; Greg chapel said something %u2026..; Bomb scare in Gorakhpoor express; and Shah Rukh Khan replaces Big B in KBC and Sonia asked PM to consider reducing petroleum prices (I wonder who's the PM %u2026anyways that is not the topic so leave it%u2026) But most of the emphasis was given on Sanjay Datt's "phoenix like" comeback from the ashes of terrorist charges.
Surfing through the channels, one news on BBC startled me, it read, Hisbul Mujahidin's Most wanted terrorist 'Sohel Faisal' killed in Anantnag, India. Indian Major leading the operation lost his life in the process. Four others are injured.
It was past midnight, I started visiting the Indian channels, the ones who are 'Sabse TEZ', but Sanjubaba was still ruling. They were telling How Sanjubaba pleaded t
I don't think this is a big punishment because he had put in prison for Year or more in the past. But what did he learned out of it...NOTHING. So he has to OBEY for this punishment
it is very sad news....but in different angle we can look that evry one is equal in front of law,no one is above before the law....law is the superior authority......so who will do the wrong he will be compensate like that.

Judge Kode had to prove a point. If he didn't give harsh ruling to Sanjay Dutt, he would be criticized by media. So, here he went and gave Dutt 6 years of imprisonment. One of the pretext is Dutt was dining with Dawood. With that logic in mind, each and every bollywood actor should go to jail. There's enough proof available to Mumbai police to show that all sorts of actors/actresses have been regular visitors to Dawood's mansion. So, what??? Did anybody get punished. Sanjay Dutt acted like a fool when he procured those guns and has paid enough punishment for those foolish action. He was never charged with bombing conspiracy. He is too weak for that.

I agree with your comments about the mentality of Judge Kode.

Mr. ABC if you have a national spirit you will never say such things. I feel Mr. Dutt was not immature to do such deeds. Also he was linked to gangsters who were involved in the bobings.
Also think in different angle. If every bollywood actor is linked to Dawood Ibrahim, he is the first to be penalised by the court and let rest of them follow the same.

Those dinner parties happened pre-93. This argument will be considered in Supreme Court.
Moreover 6yrs in prision actually means 3yrs -(1 less day for 1 day of good behaviour). He has already spent 1.5yrs and hence even with the current sentence he only need to spend 1.5yrs only.
If supreme court reduce his sentence from 6 to 4 years, it will actually mean 6 months of jail only. Which won't be a big deal.
So fame & money will find him a way out - no matter wat the offence.
