Definately they are Govt. shadow. Almost all acuses are punished that is good but creator of this crime are still enjoying icluding some politician. What type of Indian law. Each and every politician are crime maker and sufferer are common person. Is this a law. Bloody shameful. Indian Politics is a crime politics only God knows when it will be finished and comman man breath easily. If Sanjay Dutt will not grant bail he will return after completing 4 years and 4 months. Only God knows what type of person he is thereafter only time will tell. If Judges order is correct then why he is waitng for more than two months and he should have order very beginning looking to his crime. The judgement is also some doubt now. Please note neither I am favour with Sanjay Dutt nor against but this contry's system is dirty. We should not blame only politician or country we common man are equally responsible for this system. We educated people never come up for voting and allowed only uneducated people. They are are casting their vote for their one time food and one pag of drinks thats all. Politician shouting in the parliment that farmers are suciding but they do not know what is their responsibility. They are enjoying their five star facility and their five generation also enjoying five star facility. This is our country. This is our country. This is our Country. He God do not save this country. My last sentences is all Politicain are boody rouges/raskals.

Hi Maria,

Just because our Sanju bhai is a renouned actor, you say that the judgement is very harsh? What about the 257 lives that were lost durring the Black Friday? Law has and must be equal to all irrespective of his status and power.

Let the precedent set
by heramb thuse on Jul 31, 2007 03:51 PM  Permalink

Let the precedent set that no one is above law. Well done Judge. I hope supreme court will not change the verdict or even lesson it from what it is. Otherwise intention of supreme court will be in doubt.
