Sanjay Dutt's sentence comes at the time when all the elements related to the case are braught to justice by The Tada Court. Its commendable that the sentences are handed out after so many years. Few of the offenders are on the verge of natural deaths. If they appeal in the supreme courts another few years and they will not be alive to pay for their deeds. Hence if the offenders appeals in the Hon. Supreme Courts, Bails should be denied untill trial is over.
As For Sanjay Dutt's sentence keeping such a weapon is crime is known to every child who reads news-papers. Also not informing but to destroy the wepaon is further graves the situation. The sentence is apt though unfortunate. The faith is slightly bolstered in judiciary of India. But they also must braught corrupt politicians to justice in the same way

Court sentence is a victroy against the terror in 1993 blast who ever is involved should be punished people may see him as munna bhai but in realty what he is known to him and if he did a crime then he should accept and should be punished, then only he is the real hero and the MUNNA of people

one judge said openly a few months back that all these corrupt politicians should be hanged. Times now had an exclusive program stating how that was a bad remark and stuff. Almost everyone went against that judge and he was made to apologize in the end to these darn politicians.

This is really good decison taken by Indian Law .I love Sanjay's acting in films Gandhigiri and all but in reality if u see the people who faced problems bcz of him then its good he is punished.
judge did all this for publicity... if he wud left him innocent then no one would be interested in knowing judge's name... but now most of us know his full name... Promod D Kode...

He gave a very good decision...under law he couldnt have given sentence for less than 5 years
Well though perhaps the judge may be right technically but as for as people are considered they will not like it and so correctly. I think it was a perfect case to use the clause of offenders probation. And see his conduct. Despite knowing he will be jailed his father immedately called him to surrender to police in 1993. His behaviur have been good. He never run away from the india and indian law. Despite all this He is getting a sentence like this. Compare this with thoes hardcore criminals who do crime openly here and either remain here itself and police can not find them from their hide outs or many of them run away from india and even if caught by luck they do not get punished because of lack of evidence due to their moneypower and their dahashat. In some cases even if punished they don't get the punishment because of their political connections. Compare this eith the nalini who participated in india's former primeminister's murder or compare this with afjal guru who attacked on indian parliament and on Indian Pride. I think as Nana Patekar describes in one of his films that the people of this country have become kide makode and thanks to this country's judicial , policing and political system who are not here for anygood work. Goverments are all nade for corruption or obstructing you an any work either for oneself or for society.

God is actually wanting to kill the 2 masterminds by his own way. So may we need to wait for that Judgement day.

Seating here and surfing the web is not going to do any good for bringing Dawood to law or executing him.. We do not have the guts nor the determination to do this deed!! Had this been with Israelis, they would have cornered him in any part of the world and killed him.. e.g. Black Friday killings -where 8-10 Palestine terrorists shot Israeli atheletes at Berlin Olympics. Istrael constituted a separate team and killed all the terrorists who acutally did that and also all the masterminds including the "Red Prince" Salame with in 8 years of time.. DO WE HAVE IT IN US? SADLY, WE DON'T.. WE DO NOT HAVE THAT FIRE IN OUR BELLY.. WE ARE STILL PLAYING THE GAME OF DOG AND STICK WITH PAKISTAN.. i.e. If you hit a dog with a stick, it will try to catch the stick and not the person who is holding the stick. You try to do the same with a TIGER and he will kill you.. WE ARE LIKE DOGS AND WE WILL LIVE LIKE DOGS.. ( Sorry about loosing the temper adn few bad words.. I have lost my brother on Tiger Hill during Kargil.. What we did to retaliate after that? We call it Operation Vijay, for getting our land back from few tyrrants.. And where do they came? They came from Pakistan and still we did nothing.... There was an attack on Parliament of India.. It was like attacking the heart of the lion.. We still did nothing.. What are we doing? What are we afraid of.. THERE IS NO FREEDOM WITHOUT SACRIFICE NO PEACE WITHOUT PAIN

sometimes i wonder if we'll ever get our hands on Dawood.. But just wait and watch whats going to come to him buddy, If not from us, someone will punish him.. for sure.
I well appreciate and admire TADA Judge Mr Kode for the judgement in case of Sanjay Dutt as well as those terrorists who were given capital punishment for their role in the terrorist act.
The unbiased judgement meted out to the criminals involved in terrorist act can hopefully act as a deterrent against indulging in criminal / terrosist act in the country.
We need more KODEs in the country to protect and reinstate the trust and confidence in the Indian Judiciary.

That is sure that the judgement about Sanjay Dutt. All the fans of him will disappoit but we have to remember all the victims of Bombay Bomb Blast.Innocent people was died in the the crucial event. I am feeling that the judgement is very appropriate but it will continue in all area like Rape, thift or all unsocial activity. If all courts of India begins like that, That is sure, The all unsocial activity will stop or reduce. Narendra Makwana Mehsana (Gujarat)
