The case against PV was concocted by the Congees because he did play according to the wishes of the Sonia Amma. He was prosecuted and found not guilty. I doubt if Kesari and other junk were prosecuted, they could have escaped The sentence on Sanjay Dutt is too mild.

Abu Salem was given permission to file for nomination in the election. Monica Bedi freed on bail..Now guys, didn't their role was imperative in Bomabay Blasts? A criminal given a chance to become MLA/MP?
Law does not consider the charities and donations what Mr. Dutt has been contributing to our country..

I think if he is not punished for having ammunation, everyone will have a chance to point out this example for not being punished for keeping illegal ammunation. This will prove that no one has a right to take law for granted.

I salute to the brave & courageous decesion by Justice Kode. His entire judgement is based on the strong evidance & judicious wisdom. He has given due benefit to those who were arrested only on the basis of suspision, but has not pardoned any criminal irrespective of their social status. Sanjay Datt deserves the punishment as per the rule of the land. But the media created artificially the speculation of awarding him a pardon because of his behaviour. The media is guilty of diverting pubic attention from the crime committed by Sanjay Datt. Unfortunately, this campaign was joined by some so called public figures who tried to create simpathy wave for Sanjay Datt. But hats off to Justice Kode for not succumbing to such civilised pressure tactics & esablishing the supremacy of the court in giving decision. The media & public should understand that the criminal Sanjay & Actor Sanjay are entirely different charaters & one should not try to mix it for creating confusion. Justice Kode has proved again that in this largest democracy, all criminals carry equal status in the judicial system. It will be a wise decision for Sanjay now to gracefully accept the punishment rather than making appeal in the higher court. Let his so called Gandhigiri reflect in his personal life also. It is good chance for him to prove himself by own example.

AIDS ho geya to pata hai ke zinda nehi bachega to apne aap ko sudhar ne ke jagha AIDS ko phahe lao duniya me, yehi sikhawa mila iss judgement se, aur tum salam karta hai kode ko? manlo tumhara larka koi crime kiya jo punishable hai aur uss waqt jab crime kiya tab saja nehi mila, phir man lo tumhara larka 14 saal bohot accha zindegi bitaya, social work kiya, aur phir jab sab ka dil jeet liya, sudhar geya, phir agar tumhara larka ko agar itnihi harsh saja diya jaye to kaisa lagga? larke ka maa kya bolega? yehi bolega na ke tu phir kyun sudhra? kyun nehi aur 10-12 bomb explosion ke sath nehi engage huya? yehi chahete ho na tum?
Did you all ,atleast for a moment, think about all those who lost their lives in '93 blats..can you think about those people who would have lost the bread earners of their home..the lost fathers, mother, children, husband's and wives. Its true that he was not directly involved in the blast or conspiracy. But nor was he a child not to know the seriousness and implications of what he was doing. Its an open secret that he had links with the underworld and he was in contact with the so called big and small dons. It is not about whether he used the weapon or not, its about being part or letting himself being a link in a larger conspiracy. He was not that innocent not to know what was going around. The weapon he processed was not to 'protect' his family - which only some fools will put across. Other than playing sympathy card, he should be feeling lucky that he was let free from the 'terrorist' charges.

People are saying all kind of things in support of him here, like 'he was a good person all these years once back from jail' , 'he acted in good films like LRMB',' he did not do any crime after that'. My answer to all those will be - you people are just CRAP. As someone written in this forum, should a person facing trial for rape be set free as he hasn%u2019t raped anyone during the trial and we wait for him to do another one till we punish him ??? There are all sorts of logic flying around like many higher criminals are roaming free in public and all. But that doesn%u2019t mean that Dutt should be set free. What Kode has done is something, which was under his role. Take this judgment as precedence and try to punish all those guilty. Lets hope justice prevails ever , and not the money or religious favors !!!

I think He is jailed because He was supported by the Balasaheb and Secularist specially soniya and congress goes against everyone who sympathises with hinduism. Otherwise looking at his crime its very small crime of just keeping arm illegally But think getting a licence from govt. officials would have cost triple the cost of the arm as bribe.
