Real justice will be served when we can publicly hang Dawood and other accomplices. Putting Sanjay dutt in for 6 yrs is nothing but waste of talent and business generated by all those film,.he has already suffered, realized his blunders, owning the gun must have been only for thrill, i doubt any one will use a machine gun for hunting animals, or kill people especially by Sanjay dutt. About attending Dawood party (hahahaah) this is a big joke by judge Kode, come-on the man who threw that party and invited Dawood is enjoying freedom (Feroz Khan), how about taking him in now, as he must be very close to Dawood to invite him. If parting with underworld has played such an important factor in this judgement, then definitely the Intelligence Bureau and RAW must be having lots of big gun politicians in their lists, how about..... well i can go on....
Almost all but one pillars of the democracy are attacked by the termites in India. Judiciary is the lone hero. I admire the moral courage of the Judge offering the most balanced judgement in Sanjay Dutt's criminal act. Hats Off to the Indian Judiciary for providing life saving oxygen to the Indian democracy from time to time. Let the elected members of Parliament and Assemblies alert their kids to stop misbehaving.

what are you talking man" life saving oxygen"... this just a show man business of punishing who so ever is in the net so that no body blames judiciary when they allow politicians who have committed even bigger crimes can go free. This is not oxygen, just a golee so that fools like you beleive in the systems
Hi, As you look into this event, it has been reported as Muslim terrorist issue.Where does sanjay dutt come in play(whether supporting the some muslims who are involved) and why?. This is purely a political game conducted by Politician/indian intellectuals to project muslims as terrorists. Whether u see Modi recent muslim killing(in the name of terrorism) or look at hanif case. Muslims are target for nothing. Looking at the events I recommend the muslim community to build political Islamic Society outside of Democratic politics. There is no Govt. that protects muslims Except the polical front of Islam. I know it hurts to hear that thing...Can't you understand why it's happening? It's 'cause the majority of the terrorist organizations are Islamic. However, you can not catch each n every tongue that spits out such words.. Instead of reacting to such things in negative way like forming a seprate front and so on.. stay with the mainstream.. I think Muslims in India are treated equally in constiution ( and you have separate Muslim laws like you can marry more than women (which a Hindu is not allowed)the divorce laws are different, it means you enjoy a special status in the constituion.. ) Why to make much ado about nothing.. Remember the extremetism has never brought any good to anybody.. It only brings out self-annihilation.. This is quite clear if you look at the Middle East and Afghanistan..

This is a very narrow minded view. Muslims in India are the most pampered. Look at the film industry, our ex president. I think they are more protected in India than any where else. People labeling Muslims as terrorist is unfortunate, but we have to understand someone wouldn't be biased for no reasons. We have to remove this bias from our mind and for Muslims they don%u2019t have to feel alienated in India. It%u2019s your land and the democracy has given you all the rights that everyone enjoys. There is no need to build any society outside democracy.

Salman will not get same verdict .He will be left baijjat because he is muslim minority. His crimes are above law of this country - If handed something like this he will be released in indian interest by the government because we can not harass a muslim- It gives bad neme to indian Seculariem and country.

Hi Anand, You are right!! Don't worry, Salman's day are almost over and you will see him behind bars ( I pray to god that he meets with an accident where he is crushed by a Truck and does not die on the spot.. instead battles for life in the hospital for months and then paralysis strikes him for rest of his life)
Judge Kode along with this counterpart, nikam has been too harsh on sanjay dutt & the other acquited people. If we were to use the same yardstick for crimes in other states and provinces, then most of the politicians would occupy Arthur road jail. I sincerely hope the Supreme court awards him bail and releases him.

Yes definitely. I seriously Pray to god that sanjay is out very soon. There are bloody other people out there enjoying freedom who should be in side the prison in the first place and poor sanjay has to suffer all these bloody nonsense.

Looks like you forgot that these people killed of hundreds of innocent people. I have seen those bomb blast sites... the road were full of blood and flesh pieces. Sanjay is lucky that he was not sentenced as a terrorist after committing irresponsible act.

I do not agree with this. one who has assisted in an offensive act should be punished. There is no loop holes where he can be saved. 3 cheers to our judiciary system. Even though I am a fan of Sanjay Dutt I guess he deserves to be punished like all others in this case.

hello Joyee Dont mix religion or regional thing wid other. Btw i dont support anybody coz they belong to some regions. We all r indians ultimately.I hv same sympathy for victims who belong to maharsahtra or Kashmir.BTW our judiciary is above regional bias>
why sympathise when a celebrity gets caught? Since when has 'personal life in hell' debited against crimes? there must be millions out there with personal lives in MESS..of poverty of jobs.... sanjay did not have to face that, whateve said. he is getting uncalled for sympathies . the film fratenity qutie naturally has to stand with their BABA ,but however endearing his exploits in SCREEN were, he has himself to blame for the off screen role of a REBEL. its a fact that when his mother died, a doped sanjay went around with an AIR GUN in PALI hill and fired at some window panes of his neighbours.....then he did a rehab and true, made a new beginning, and unfortunately lost his wife to . but in '92, when she was being treated in U.S. , our man shd not have hobnobbed with arms dealers and he had no reasn u buy an AK56. and what protection ? POOH! he had 2 guns (licensed) with him. ok, probably, like all richie rich types he bought to show off the RIFLE (like a HAYABUSA ) and not as a TERRORIST...but then whats law is a law....and ignoring is a non excuse. and the fact that there are 10000000th politicians-criminals roaming around is no reason to let go of him. Sorry, sanjay, but thats that!!!!
