Jode judgement
by R Balasubramanian on Aug 01, 2007 06:08 PM  Permalink

Thank you Kode for your historic judgement on the horrific blast of 93 and bringing the curtain down. Now the convicts have the only option to appeal to SC for any reprive and again it will take few more years. Since the country and the people of late soley depend on SC, everyone expects the SCs handling the case in the interest of the country. Will other kith and kin of high profile politicians and bureaucrats who have committed henious crimes get the same punitive judgement from the respective judiciary?
Shame on bollywood for their support to Dutt for his release. It is a known fact that majority of the actors, actress, producers and directors have direct links with the underworld and are also involved in nefarious activities duly supported by well known politicians. The Intelligent agencies and media though aware, have reservations to expose due to externalpressure. They have failed miserably in their duty to unearth and expose the misdeeds to the mass for them to know about their heros and heroines.

Baban, Its OK. Don't Cry for your Munna Bhai. Rather find out the state or the orphans, Widows and the sorry state of the aged parents these roits left behind. I am a great Sunjay Dutt fan too, believe me. Today India is finally doing justice to its people in a minute way, so just get your emotions behind you. I want to see the BJP & The Shiv Sena cartoons too come to justice. JAI HIND

Why communal politicians are being let-off?
by Sujeel on Aug 01, 2007 05:02 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

How strange it%u2019s that not a top politician get a sentence like what Sanjay Dutt got. The whole issue of Sanjay Dutt acquiring weapons and keeping with him was a result of the cycle of riots and violence ignited by the Hindutva politicians by demolishing centuries old Babri Masjid in which I lost my cousin; this lead to serial Bombay blasts followed by the worst communal violence again unleashed by this Saffron brigade in Bombay. Sanjay Dutt has been sentenced for having AK-47 presumably a weapon of %u2018mass destruction%u2019, but what about politicians like Advani, Joshi, Uma Bharati, Kalyan Singh,Sarpotdar,Bal Thakrey etc who have already done severe mass destruction why are they free and enjoying? They are the root cause of that cycle of violence and grave mass destruction from December 6, 1998 to the end of 1993 and they have much more destructive weapons of mass destruction than a mere Ak-47. Why they are let off and why innocent people like Sanjay Dutt are being targeted?

Hey Sujeel, you have made the point. Unfortunately Sunjay Dutt is not above the law. Advani, Joshi,Thakerey & The insignificant Sarpotdar, Uma Baby & Team will all face law sooner or later. You know what happened to Pramod Mahajan,Don't you !Something will definately happen to these characters soon. By the way you forgot to mention our dear Ganjebaz Ex PM Atal Bihari. Maan Sujeel, you must file a case against them or ask Sanju to do it. Probably D can help.

this judgement is partially right ,mr. kode (judge) had seen only one side . Why he didnt consider that sanjay is working well for society inpresent time . After 6yrs might he will not be a good man bcoz this judge made wrong impact on his mentatly, but his punishment can be reduced 6 yr to 2yr social service. As i am army officer i request our honble judge to think once again.

I mean the ISI.The Govt does not feed the Innocent orphans, the widows and the helpless aged parents this roits left behind. I am sorry I dont mean to be rude, but if India has finally woken up to do justice, for Justice & Truth's sake don't ask my motherland to go back to sleep.

Because of some people like you, our India is lacking and there are frequent terrorist attacks in India. terrorists / anti-nationals know that the they will go unpunished due to the 'not so strict law' in India. and dont worry I am sure sanjay dutt's sentence will be reduced drastically in the next couple of months. THIS IS OUR INDIA ! .

MERA BHARAT MAHAN !!! WE EVEN FORGIVE TERRORISTS !

Sanjay Dutt (munna Bhai)

Dear Mr. Vikas Bakshi,
As per your statement given below, it makes us believe that you are a foolish and unwanted character in the human society. Also statement given by Mr. Viraj Pai from Goa below stands absolutely true and stands harsh. A saying called "enter my boots" is somewhat you should understand and believe in that your family was not affected in the 1993 Bomb blast. If they had to,,,, what would be your views??? Would it be the same as you have given earlier??? Pls reply with a proper answer..

P.s. Law is a law, no matter how high the offender stands!

if sanjay is a criminal then what is your opinion about shahabuddim who has proven contacts with ISI, involved in many cold-blooded crimes, yet he gets an opportunity to vote for FIRST CITIZEN OF INDIA.So while making reaction we should avoid extremism.

JUDGEMENT DAY
by Design Systems on Aug 01, 2007 04:24 PM  Permalink

Sanjay Dutt has received more than a fair trial. He should consider himself lucky that the terrorism charges were not pursued. Also he was luckier than the others that on his late fathers request and the subsequent intervention of Bal Thakre the then government of Maharashtra did not oppose his bail application so he was a free man while the other less influential spent their time behind bars.
By the way all those photo ops. celebrities like Saira Banu, Dilip Kumar and the ones whos money is riding on Sanjay Dutts movies, are they not liable to be prosecuted for contempt of court for critisising the honourable courts decision or they think that because of their star status they are allowed to talk anything to the TRP hungry electronic media.

IT IS VERY DISHEARTENING TO HEAR ABOUT THE HARSH JUDGEMENT ON SANJAY DUTT. AGREED, HE HAS DONE AN OFFENCE. BUT HE HAS REPENTED OVER HIS MISDOINGS & REFORMED HIMSELF INTO A GOD FEARING & HELPFUL PERSON. HE IS A GREAT ACTOR , SON OF A GREAT PERSON. TAKING ALL THESE INTO CONSIDERATION, THE JUDGEMENT COULD HAVE BEEN MILDER. WISH THAT HE COMES OUT SOON WITH A CLEAN CHIT.

Dear Mr. Kamat,
As per your statement given above, it seems to be that you are a very good fan of Mr. Sanjay Dutt, no wonder all are. But you should also understand the lives that are lost in this 1993 bomb blast. Would it still be fine with you, if your family was affected & lost in the bomb blast???What would be your views?? An antisocial element needs to be discarded as per the law.

P.s. Law is a law, rich or poor!!!
