What do you mean wrong decision... He has committed some faults which is not acceptable. But i pitty him and even like the person Law is same for all if he has become good doesn't mean that he should be pardened. Even i grieve for him but no one can help. He is a mentally strong person and my wish for him to overcome all his mentally agony and accept the fate.
God Bless him with good health and peace.

y sympathy to criminal, he is indirectly behind the death of 250 more ppl. IF we show mercy to this fellow then all the criminals will attract media to escape punishment ..and we are already witnessing this..all terrorits like Afzal are making huge publicity in media to escape punishments. Show mercy and sympathy towards dead ppl and their dependents not to criminals.
Sanjay is a good human being and is really a likable and helpful person.
But the decision of 6 yrs in Jail is for possessing illegal arms. The law has taken its course. It is a correct decision if we do not allow his status to colour our judgment.
a celebrity dispensed with justice is a precedent for others not to believe that money power can let them get away with anything. There is a rule of law that has to be obeyed. This is a good example set by the Indian Judiciary. No one is bigger than the law of land.
All his acts of charity are good in their own right, but that cannot be the basis of giving probation to him. It may have had an effect of Sympathy whereby his sentence may have been reduced from a maximum of 10 yrs to 6 yrs.
Besides, all those Muslims who have been shouting hoarse and wrongly alleging that only Muslims in India are being targeted now need to eat humble pie.
