If he was a terrorist from kashmir he would have been given amnesty
by balamurali ramachandran on Jul 31, 2007 06:56 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is very unfortunate that sanjay dutt for possession of AK-47 for protecting his family has been given this harsh verdict.govt of india has been giving amnesty in recent days to naxals and terrorist who surrunder. In fact a surrendered terrorist gets 2 lakh RS also(from taxpayers money).Sanjay dutt should have been fined and may be a small term in jail, not six years, even a surrendered terrorist wont get this harsh verdict.

for the reason of carrying an AK-47 he could have been sentanced for a shorter term and heavy fine.My point is there are naxals and kashmir terrorrists who carry AK-47 and kill some, has been given amnesty and cash back, why? then for dutt such a harsh verdict.

What do u mean by scapegoat??Didint he committed a crime.Didnt he possessed AK56 and was aware of bomb blast planning???
Its like an idot if u want all the cases to finish off at the same time. Nitish Katar case will also be finalised. What relation they have?? If killer of Katara are under trail does that mean that no other criminal shud be punished. All the criminals shud be punished.Be it killer of Jessica, killer of Naina Sahani, Killer of Mattu, Katara or killer of innocent bombay crowd.
Now, we r seeing high profile cases getting good judgement and still people like u r coming with such stupid talks.Killing of 500 people is no simple thing. Its a war like situation.Almost same number of people were killed in Kargil(officially). So if preparators and executioners are getting death penality then why not an associate shud get 6 yrs.
These judgements shud show the high profile people that they r not above law. They can not posses AK56 and go scott free. They can not kill Jessica, Mattoo or katara and be free. They can not kill even a chinkara and go unpunished.

Good Decision
by nirav patel on Jul 31, 2007 06:56 PM  Permalink

It was a must decision to take to prove the sentence wrong that is" Paisa Bolta hai" . Law jaisi bhi koi cheeze hoti hai MAMU. E circuit ab jail me bapu mujhe milne ayega na? Circuit: E bhai Bapu ko bol na teri saja cancel karvade.

ha ha ah ah aljflaf
