Justice Kode and public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam , both Maharashtrians have made us feel proud and confident of our judiciary. hats off to both. Pratibha Patil case too should be handed over to them.

Just you wait until all those convicted by Kode appeal to highcourt. Files will be lost, witnesses will turn hostile alll those convicted will be freed. This is the rule as it has happened in the case of Ghatkopar blasts or Radhabai Chawl case where Hindus were burnt alive, or even Sara-Sahara case. The underlying principle is Muslims and their sympathisers( THE SECULARISTS) never do anything wrong. OUr PM Manmohan singh could not sleep when he heard Muslims were seen suspiciously in Europe and USA. He does not lose sleep when Bihari labourers are threatened and driven out of Kashmir. So rest assured, no Muslim will ever be punished in India as long as Congress or Commmunists rule India

True !! Haneef is back to blore like a warrior. Now all congressmen will go to him and offer him whatever he want to show that they always back muslims whether they are terrorists like afzal or haneef
All those who have been convicted by Kode will go to Mumbai highcourt and they will all be acquitted as it happened in the case of those convicted by lowercourt in Ghatkopar blasts case or those who burnt Hindus in Radhabai Chawl or Sara Sahara building case. All reevant files will be misplaced by Mumbai Police under the orders of Congress government and witnesses will turn hostile and all those convicted will be acquitted by the mumbai highcourt. With the blessings of Congress government and mumbai police, even Dawood Ibrahim will be acquitted if he comes to Mumbai as it happened in the case of his brother and sister.

Hi mOHAMMED ,,, Dont call the Judiciary a shit as this is the last hope the people of India have ,,,,,,as far as the judgment goes ,,I think the lesson we all should take is that we should not get engaged in these kind of activities in the first place ,,,,, hence there will not be a situation to face the courts and jails
