Please know that Sanjay Dutt is not a practising Muslim.And for the answer to your question,the answer is staring you in the face.Because, the voice of the moderate muslim,(majority of Indian Muslims belong here) the ones that do not believe that killing and violence is an answer-that voice is never heard.Because they don't speak out against these henious acts of violence.They are not fighting the real enemy.Time to speak up.Or else,you run the risk of being labelled.

I have alreeady posted a reply to earlier post of yours.It is not Muslims, it is SENSELESS MUSLIMS who are fanatics... they are despised.
Those who are crying for implementing SRIKRISHNA COMMISSION report must understand that Mumbai riots were started by the follwoing events.
1. Feroz kokani slit the throats of three mathadi kamgars ( daily wage labourers) while they were sleeping on pavements. 2. 22 Hindus were burnt to death in Radhabai Chawl in jogeshwari. 3. Hindu temple was burnt and destroyed in Bainganwadi. not to mention at least 100 odd mumbai policemen who were lynched to death by muslim mobs some of them disappeared and their bodies never were found. what happened next was retaliation in self defence. similar to godhra.similar to Bhivandi riots. the provocation always came from muslims.
Can you really punish bal thakre for this ? you reap what you sow.

That Bal Thakre is a anti national who puts Maharastra before india and marathi before all other indians.His mask was removed during this presidential election for BJPs total shock.He is willing do anything for vote politics .Yes ,he carries blood of many muslim livies during riots.But,now we non marathi hindus know who Mr Bal Thackre really is...

Before debating whether the judgement was harsh or not, it is important to note whether Dutt was guilty or not. Consider the following, of the 100 accused, 12 have received death penalty for their role the conspiracy, while the rest have been handed punishments, that wary from a few years to lifetime. And most of the accused were not even aware of the gravity of their offence, take the case of the people who helped in unloading RDX. For them, it was another contraband and yet, their lives have been devastated.
In the light of this, it is a pity that we all are talking about Dutt, while completely forgetting about all those who have been accused as well. Forget not, that Dutt is an educated person, who had all the contacts in the administration and everything that calls a comfortable life, and yet he was not only in touch with the perpetrators but in connivance with them. How in the world can it be justified? Even after that, can one forget that numerous tapes with underworld that have been in the news, it is evident that he has been in constant touch with all those Bhais, who orchestrated the bomb attacks.

Finally I get some trust on the justice system in India. People with money and power cannot get away with the crap they do. Kudos to the Judge, who has taken a great decision. We are slowly moving in the right direction. Better late than never. !!
By arguing so, it proves that we Indians are inherently weak and gullible, getting carried away by sob stories in newspapers. Dutt is no saint, he needs to pay for his crimes like everyone else. In fact, with 6 years, he has got away much lightly. I just wish that he at least stays for 6, because he will be supported by the political muscle of Congress that will come to his aid.
Lets all agree to one thing, Indian law is supreme and should be the same for a laborer who unloaded RDX to Dutt who asked for these AK 47s. If US courts can sentence Paris Hilton for such a petty offence. How I wish Indian media would stop showing those sympathetic sob stories%u2026.In the end he got what he deserved..Wish were more like Justice Kode around, so you would not rich people like Salman Khan and Alistair Periera who think that law is merely a floozy to be played around with. So fellow Indians be strong and unsympathetic, do not get carried away by emotions.Lets call a spade a spade and an offender a offender.

Are u the director of RAW ? u seem to have accurate data about the dealings of bal thakre and advani.
We are taking only revenge from Dutt. Judge Kode said we should respect law. Our law, which is damn weak thats why main acuses of blasts - Daud Ibrahim / Chhota Shakeel/ Nadeem are living freely in foreign countries. They did not respected law & left India in time only for that, today they are free. So they shud be called intelligents while Dutt is a super idiot who was respected the law and not left the country. This imprisonment is his reward for this "Acuse". Congrats Mr. Dutt! Happy Imprisonment! Gandhigiri Zindabad!

nadeem saifi's hand in gulshan kumar is not a religious issue. its a personal or business rivalry issue. no muslim leader, political or religious has said anything. why are you raising this issue?
The Verdict was shocking, but I don't have the belief that this is going to last for long. Sanjay will approch Supreme Court and get bail. I am not against Sanjay But If he did mistake He should be punish like a normal man in India.

I dont understand people who keep harping about leting go off those who killed people in blast,coz peole involved in riots not punished.Doesnt make sense to me.You know people with similar opinion commited 7/11 in Mumbai as a revenge for gujurat riots .But ,why kill someone in Mumbai for what happened in Gujurat.If people u did kill muslims in Gujurat were monsters of one religion ,then ppl who commited 7/11 are monsters of another religion.And its always innocent who become victims of either blast or riots.Never again ,give mumbai riots as excues for 1993 blast.Those who give such excues are unjust,trechrous and henious people who are threat to the nation.

dear dear....you are getting all mixed up...they say balsts were in retaliation for 1992 bombay riots in which some 10,000 muslims were killed by shivsainiks...not in revenge for gujrat riots which happened after almost ten years...

muslim dons were propped up by congress and ncp leaders (created later). they started controlling mumbai, but then marathi hindu politicians realized that muslim dons were getting out of control. so these riots in 1992 to get the remote control back to maratha leaders.

hang all bomb blast accused, but dont spare the culprits of mumbai and gujarat riots. if you truly believe in justice, which this great country professes to believe in. we muslims condemn bomb blasts, and no crime is worse than killing innocents.
