I think the judge has been a harsh on Sanjay Dutt. Sometimes you have to pay price of being a celebrity. He would have got a lighter or no jail term had this occured at some other time and not during the riots. I hope some of the political class can also be made to pay for their crimes but then it is just wishful thinking. I think he made a mistake and has already served his term(18 months). He is not a hardcore crimnal and nor does he pose any danger to the society plus there is no history of crimnal behavior. I hope SC looks into it and supreme court should forgive him.he is a pericious and important human being and please listen to his heartvoice think for his mother nargis and father sunil dutt who has done so many godly work for the people.don,t make them ashembed of this india.

RU by any chance involved in this? Just joking, UR in USA then just don%u2019t say anything about our Law and about Mr. Kode. We respect him for all his commitment for this case. We lost our people in this blast%u2019s. So u don%u2019t talk about Sanjay Dutt, we know what he is capable of. I will say Mr. Kode should have gave him Life Sentence.

In my point of view the term is not sufficient. If he get life imprisonment that\'s good. This is a good lesson to all Those who\'re work against United India.

Pahley maa aur baap ki jai then honesty ki jai, then bagwan ki jai if u r clean in these then Sanjay Dutt ki jai then bharat ki jai.
It's quite fair decision by Justice Kode as law is equal for everyone. If Sanjay Dutta would be a common man we would not have felt that much sympathy for him so no sympathy for bollywood star. whatever he has done is wrong. Ignorance of law is no excuse, you should obey the law of land. he was involved in the conspiracy and has underworld connection so every person should be afraid while violating the law. Probably he will be released on bail (ie. suspension of sentence like Sidhhu who has been released in culpable homecide case till the final hearing of the matter in the Supreme Court)by the Supreme Court
Just think of those 257 innocent victims which possibly could have been saved if only so called "Innocent Dutt" have even given a small tinkle that he is interacting with these elements.
I think this a small thing that he got only 6 mths and not more.
