Justice done finally
by Vinod Jadhvani on Jul 31, 2007 01:47 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I think that this judgement of the Indian Judiciary is correct as the guilty should be punished irrespective of his position in the society. There cannot by anybody above the LAW else nobody wud respect the judiciary system and the terror activities would continue unabated.

SANJAY DUTT SHOULD ADMIT THAT HE COMMITTED A GREAT CRIME AGAINST MOTHERLAND AND PEOPLE OF INDIA. ACTUALLY HE HAS BEEN AWARDED VERY LESS PUNISHMENT. HE SHOULD ACCEPT AND NOWONWARDS TRY TO BE GOOD INDIAN.

It is justice to give such type of verdict for crime he commited. But not after long 14years. He has faced unforgetable last years 14years. He must have faced enough in these years. So its not justified for him to face another 6years. Totalling 20years of trial.....Very unhuman

What about the people and thier families who lost the life in the 93 Serial Blast? They are getting unnecessarily punished for life long perion.

Can't understand what u mean. He has spent only 17 months in Jail. Punishment is given only in terms of jail terms. There are so many people who are acquitted and go to courts and face hard ships.

He has to spent another 4 years in jail now
