i feel this was bad, but sanjay has still have a chance to in the apex court, this is not the final judgemnt yet, wait for some time he will be released very soon or given a very small term
Under pressure from the punished victim's families and friends Judge probabaly may have sentenced this judgement against him... Very disappintment that many criminals who were doing heinouses crime then Sanju are free and doing more crimes everday...Judge shud have taken his last 10 years living record before adjudicating the judgement....very sad news for all Indians...very heartening...

Deepak, if u were a judge and have facts in front of you and u know he has committed crime. do u compare the criminal with other criminals and judge u'r sentence or do u go by facts.
u know, truth is very bitter. these so called high class people, when they mingle with dawood ibrahima nd move freely. our govt couldn't do any thing. when these are caught with some crime. b'z of sympathy and popularity. do we need to fore see the facts.
I do not think it is normal in Indian history. But people in top definitely will think twice before they do something immoral. My deep commiseration to Sunjay Dutt.
It is very sad to hear this but it was emminent as sajaydutta whether knowingly or not knowingly committed crime by possessing arms. The law is above to all whether he is popular person or aame admi. One should learn the lesson from this. Any how this is very very sad news for me.

yes, justice should not see the status of the guilty, guilty must be punished and we are proud of our law for this decision.
