I really feel pity for Sanjay Dutt, but then u have to pay for the crime committed. You cannot change the law for a big shot. Can any one understand the pain and agony of the victicms of the blast. Under the pretext that number of Ministers and Goons go scot free you cannot reduce the sentence for the crime he has committed. And one more thing he came out after 16 months in jail only because of high level connection his father Late. Shri. Sunil Dutt had along with the help of Shiv Sena Chief. So feeling sad is one thing and Law of Land is one thing. And nothing is above the Law of Land. I heartily Congragulate Justice MR.KODE for having shown impartiality and taking the right decission.
it was a victory decision from mr kode. its shows in india there is still hope for law & orders. i completely forgot that we have laws in our country. this was a teaser.
Hey this is injustice......High profile criminals, high profile people involved in henious crimes are moving free and this man has been convicted........Shows for itself.........where are we going......
Sanjay Dutt was mature when he asked for gun but he may not be knowing gravity of crime. He might have thought that he could get licence for it but law does not permit and ignorance law is not an excuse so Justice is blind and it has crushed Dutt
This innocent man who feared for his family and made the mistake of bringing arms into his house, have been sentenced to 6 years of jail, but what about those people who were caught with load of arms and ammunitions and left off, roaming into luxorius cars and living in palatial bungalows and having security of public money and leading lives of so-called public leaders. What about those Police Officers who were found guilty by the Srikrishna Commission Report and they were promoted instead of getting dismissed from the Police Force. What about those political leaders whose hands are soaked into blood of thousands of innocent people who died in the Riots and they enjoy the freedom instead of being into jails.

What justice are you talking about? That too after 14 years? Sanjay Dutt has been walking free for most part of 14 years except the 16 months in jail. Justice delayed is justice denied. And yes, the law has never been equal for all.
