I fully agree with you Mr. Borde. Sanjay has helped the criminals with full knowledge. Court judges a case by what a person did at the time of the crime NOT what a person is at the time of judgement. Sanjay acting skills donot help in court of law.

wow what a analysis ,pls understand dont blame community Sanjay ji has a relationship with Dawood (pls read the sentance) and some arms were found in his house which explains we was aware what Dawood is doing and for that 6yrs Jail is optimum punishment, although we will miss him but he is again a Hero to give a message to Socity that after age of 18 come out of baba image and face the world honestly. This is result of Daring for Davil

its pure democracy and we are thanx to govt to take such action against high profile peoples.
Sanjay is a good human being and is really a likeable and helpful person.
But the decision of 6 yrs in Jail is for possessing illegal arms. The law has taken its course. It is a correct decision if we do not allow his status to colour our judgement.
a celebrity dispensed with justice is a precedent for others not to believe that money power can let them get away with anything. There is a rule of law that has to be obeyed. This is a good example set by the Indian Judiciary. No one is bigger than the law of land.
All his acts of charity are good in their own right, but that cannot be the basis of giving probation to him. It may have had an effect of Sympathy whereby his sentence may have been reduced from a maximum of 10 yrs to 6 yrs.
Besides, all those Muslims who have been shouting hoarse and wrongly alleging that only Muslims in India are being targeted now need to eat humble pie.

Not only politicians; Politicians, Religious Leaders, Bollywood stars and Businessmen have made an unholly quadrilateral which is exployting and playing with our fate everyday. I think this quad' al must be broken first...
I am ver happy with the dicision taken by TADA court. TADA court should investigate against all the Bollywood actors ad actresses becoz, all the bollywod stars keep contact with Daud and his gang members.
I personally feel that the verdict was correct lawfully and which will definitely set an example. But it would be more in sense if court had sentenced him immediately within 2-3 years after he committed crime.Because as the time changes person get to change and realize his mistakes coz of the ordeal he faces due to the crime as in this case Sunjay Dutt has. It may sound trite but very true 'Justice Delayed is Justice Denied'

if he is innocent, then what the hell he was doing with Gangster. Why he was possessing arms, even when he have security personal along with him. Judge gave correct verdict.
