Mr. Mehta You are absolutely correct, but where is the law and judgement of the victims of gujrat carnage remember 2002 feb/mar, where thousands of innocent people has been killed without any reason by khaki neckers. where is the law and judgement? i hope same ruling and judmenet for the killers of gujrat innocents. thanks

Honesty Judgement

Todays judgement shows that in our corrupted country some people are honest eventhough Dutt have more money & political support finally truth wins..Really its a Judgement Day..

Though I appreciate that justice was done in this case, it would be wrong to conclude that everyone with influence gets punished in this country. Sanjay Dutt belonged to a decent family and his father was a good man. If it was Lalu's son, I'm sure he wouldn't have gone to jail... for that matter Lalu never went to jail for the money he gulped...

sorry for Sanju baba. Good judgement. He deserves what he does. But my concern is what will sanju baba do after 6 years of imprisonment. Will anyone see him on big screen again.Possible only in fathers role not as hero definetly. We all miss sanjus film in coming years.

Sunju,

I feel hurt at the sentence given to you. But we all know you.One wrong act does not mean the end of the world.

Be brave, god is great. You will get justice.

Judge everyone equally
by Rufin Jose on Jul 31, 2007 02:13 PM  Permalink

mixed reactions for this judgement. he has displayed more than good conduct as a citizen of india during the time he was out from jail. infact not many can boast of doing things that he has done to change the physche of the average indian. he will be remembered for this more than anything else. He should get a lighter scentence if at all.

having given its judgement what is the judiciary doing about the innumerable scams where political parties and politicians are involved. will they be also judged with the same ruler? thats what the judiciary has to answer and show that they mean business. and no one would be spared what ever be the pressure or attraction to do otherwise.

Can the judiciary give another verdict which will put back faith in the peoples minds that all scamsters will be dealt severely.
