most of the criminals in jail have done wrong due to the circumstances they are born into...sanjay dutt had no such issue...if u say he has suffered a lot thats due to his own foolishness...its generally people like u who crib about the system and when somebody tries gettin along a change we dont want to accept it and crib again
Sanju Baba have got 6 years jail term which is very unfortunate as his carrier was picking as an actor of imppecable performance since the release of Munnabhai series.

Sharad baba.... Real lives lost are not a part of the Munna Bhai movies.... people died for real... wake up ... 2mrow it could be one of our own kin/relative coz of such people's support to the underworld... try to appreciate the judge for a fearless judgement... do u know how much pressure the judge might have had in this case... but hats off to the fearless judge... kudos...

Now what to do the Justice system doesn't pronounce verdict seeing the career graph of an individual. What are you doing professionally. For God's sake don't take law as your profession. It appears you are his relative as you call him Sanju Baba so fondly. Oh! I now feel sad for you and your common sence. Jai Hind.
If only carrying a illegal AK-56 gun takes you to jail, then half of Bihar and UP should be in jail. Mr.Judge What about Sunil Pandey, Satish Pandey, Munna Shukla, Dhumal Singh, Rajen Tiwari, Suraj Bhan Singh, Lallan Singh, Anant Singh, Dilip Singh, Sadhu Yadav, Subhash Yadav, Ashok Mahato, Awadhesh Mandal, Shanker Singh, Akhilesh Singh, DP Yadav, Madan Bhaiya, Mukhtar Ansari, Hari Shanker Tiwari, Raghuraj Pratap Singh, Ateeq Ahmed, Yogi Adityanath etc. etc. etc.
Each one has atleast Ten AK-56 rifles. Many of them have also flashed those on TV many times.
But No one dares to do anything to politicians ? Navjot Singh Sidhu was let off after murder but Sanju Baba was sentenced just because he possessed a gun.
Judge Kode even did not consider looking at the Probationers Report. I pray that someday in the near future, the judges family members (all of them) suffer from cancer and come to Nargis Dutt Memorial Cancer Hospital for free treatment. I think Sanju Baba should stop sponsoring all the social work he does.

reshmaji, are you one of those bird-brained women who confuses films with reality? Are you being influenced by Dutt's filmy image and can't see that the judge was only doing his job? And what do you mean the judges family members must get cancer and go to the ND hospital? Are you sick in the head?

Its not shame on the country, if you are telling like this you should be shame on reshma, definitely its very sad moment for all sanju fans for me also, but whatever judgement they have given is not 100% right but its not wrong even. I pray to god that sanju baba will get some relief as he already spent almost 2 years in jail. May be you are just telling bcoz you like him very much but dont forgot crime is crime.

It appears you are very fond of those criminals. If possessing AK-56 is considered legal in your view than start the same from your house. Instead of giving your children Books to study, give them AK-56. So in return you can be more popular than all the names you have mentioned above. What a responsible statement you can make when you have the freedom of expression. Think twice before wagging the tongue or scripting an article. Let some body make a start. It is a good start and should appreciate the Judge. Kuddos to him and shame on you.

The setence seems harsh. However one should not forget that Mumbai bomb blast in 93 was the worst terrorist attack in India. It was carried out by Dowd Ibrahim and Sanjay Dutt knew him. Why does he need AK-47? And who knows what the real intention was? Maybe he turned good later on but not giving him prison would be mockery of justice. Equal justice for all.

Shame on you who instead of appreciating the decision you started cursing the honest judge who gave reasonably low punishment to Sanjay dutt. He had this opportunity call spade a spade. I chalange you that bring, all those goons whom you have named, to the court and the Kode will give same treatment to them also. You are crying as if you and all your family is being treated free in Nargis Dutt Memorial Cancer Hospital. I wish some of your family members get killed by some brat who is has just kept an AK 56 for his hobby. Charity and social work of Sanjay dutt only started after he spent 16 month in jail not before that.

Dear madam, Your sanju baba was not a baba when he took AK 57 from the peopel who brought those wapens to start terrisum in mumbai .they all are hard core criminals ., how comw we can say that sanjay dutta dont know why all these illlegal wapens are brought . OK if we assume also he dont know about bomb blast then why he try to distroy the AK 57 , he can hand it over to police that time his father is also a leader he can at list try to help him , BUT sanjat Datta know that he di wrong thing and before gets cought he try to distroy AK 57. mince he know that he is wrong.
so dont think only carring a wapen is a criam but in what way & to whome you have taken it is also imp.

good point, now its time for those above said politicians to show those guns. should they flash it, they'll be caught. im not sure if they have actually shown it on tv, if so, the media (at least the media that supports the opposittion would have stood up) would have come forth with such a video. but its no excuse that sanju should be let free. making things worse is the nudge wink relation of those weapons parked at his place were to be used along with the blasts - or for the security of the persons who were to carry those bombs.

So we dont do the same mistake and release all the accused and let another blast happen? You mean to say the mistake of releasing them and motivating them and others to repeat such acts is a smarter mistake than the mistake of punishing them and setting up an example?
Though we all feel sorry for him as we all know that he is not a criminal, and he could not understand and realise the seriousness of the crime, but I am on the other hand happy that the law has been enforced. This will send a strong signal to those also who think that by influence they can get away with whatever they do. Congratulations to the system and the court with due sympathies to Sanjay Dutt.
Judge Pramod Dattaram Kode has shown extreme moral courage, that too under extreme pressures. Thank you sir, you have proved that justice is still possible and prevails in some form in our country.
But for how long? - let us wait and see what Supreme Court has to say.
Next in line needs to be Salman Khan for killing the innocents in Mumbai.

you talking abt salman khan...wot abt alistair perrera, who had committed a much henious crime than Salman. Just bcos salman is a famous bollywood personallity, doesnt means that he shud be constantly be targetted by the media and the public. Do not use different yard-sticks for different ppl for the same crime.
