Uncertain LAW
by Mohammed Zaheer on Jul 31, 2007 02:24 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Salman was sentenced to jail; Sidhu was sentenced to jail. But both didnt even stayed a minute in prison infact both are Currently enjoying domestic and international tours.

Atleast Sanjay admited his mistakes and maintained a good social life, Sanjay deserves to be free,

Merely by acting good in films do'not absolve Sanjay of the crime. He was not child when he did. He was aware what he was doing. He was aware with whom he is having links. Every body is equal under law. Rather thank his stars he was not convicted under TADA. He got what he deserved under law. After comming crime if every one becomes good and accept mistake, should he be left scotfree???

Dear Zaheer,
pls dont compare the crime committed by Sidhu & Salman with Sanjay Dutt. As they were not involved in any terrorist activity.

You have to pay for the mistakes you make. Look at the ghastly crime he has committed!! Why are you advocating of pardon to only Sanju Baba!! If the same yard stick has to be applied to each of the criminal involved in the bomb blast then more than 80% will be out walking free!!
JITNE LOG BOMB BLAST ME MAARE GAYE, UNKI AUR UNKE PARIVARON KI HAAI USKO LAG CHUKI HAI!! WOH IS SE KABHI UBHAR NAHI PAAYEGA!! ALLAH KARE AUR AUR WOH AISE HI JAIL MEIN SADTA RAHE!! JAISE BOWOGE, WAISA PAOGE!!
IS IT NORMAL TO POSSESS AK-56 AND HAND GRENADES? WHAT KIND OF LOGIC CAN YOU APPLY TO POSSESSING OF THESE DANGEROUS ARMS!! AND WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH WAS HE REALLY INVOLVED IN THE CONSPIRACY? MAY BE DEEP NECK...
INSAAF HUA HAI, HINDUSTAN JINDABAAD!!

No one should like criminals or make friends with them. But dont get overexcited with the non-violence fundas. The only contribution of Gandhi to post-independence India is laziness in garb of Strikes for labour rights and cowardice in the garb of non-violence.

He's already been through a lot.now we should protest this verdict against Sanju. The whole Indian Film Industry should come forward in his support.Since is an actor and an icon too.The Judge has to think over his decission again.

Nobody is above LAW of this country
by SURESH MANJALAGIRI on Jul 31, 2007 02:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Nobody is above the law and nobody can behave that they can do anything and get away.Sanju is included in this. Who is that fool DILIP KUMAR to give a certificate and talk shit. Will that Joker Dilip kumar get back the lives of 300 odd people who died during the blast.

Though on film lines Sunju babba may be OK/Good but the crime he has done of shielding/supporting and anchoring terorrists and anti-nationals is condemable in the harshest words.

Let anybody "NOT PLAY on the goodness of OUR COUNTRY". Let anybody "NOT TAKE THIS COUNTRY for GRANTED"

Mr. desi You are absolutely correct, but where is the law and judgement of the victims of gujrat carnage remember 2002 feb/mar, where thousands of innocent people has been killed without any reason by khaki neckers. where is the law and judgement? i hope same ruling and judmenet for the killers of gujrat innocents. thanks

Mr Suresh...u aren't well informed....Sanjay Dutt hasn't been charged...for abettment nor criminal conspiracy...so dat rules him out of as a terrorist and it means that he didn't "support or shielded anti-nationals or terrorists" as u put it above.

Ok, He has commited an offence...But I disagree that he deserves 6 years RI for....this crime....

What about people like Salman Khan and Allistair Perriera who have actually taken human lives..they go scott free after 6 or less months....Sanjay Dutt on the other hand...hasn't

harmed anybody....but he undergoes this trauma...

WHERE IS JUSTICE BEING SERVED ?

This is something we all need to reflect upon !!

Sanjay Dutt may be a changed person today agreed... he must have done good things to the society agreed...

But he must pay the price for the offense that he committed against society... he didn't use the rifle but he had the intentions to use it! Which could take the life of one or many and who knows his exact role in this whole bomb blast case...?

It is bad that someone has to go thru all this but he should have realized this before...

He was a spoiled brat all his life but gained lot of sympathy in the name of Sunil Dutt and nargees always... Now let him face the consequences...
