Bahut Bura hua yaar
by Gaurav Kaushik on Jul 31, 2007 02:27 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I have a really too much sympathy with Sanjay Dutt. I think now a days he have changed a lot & even "justice delayed is justice denied" as an old saying. He should have been given a human touch.

What do you say......?

really if u take emotion out of it all.
He has been sentenced for a mistake he committed. and it is a fair fair judgement.
he committed a crime, made others a part to it as wellin a small way, was not involved in terrorist activity so didnt deserve the TADA punishments. So for what he committed he has got a just punishment.

as a footnote. we shall miss munnabhai ,as a fan everyone would be disappointed. But trust me it is a great day for judiciary who proved that law is the same for everyone.

Good Decision
by Amandeep Singh on Jul 31, 2007 02:27 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

6 years is to less for the intensity of the crime committed. Sanjay Dutt, who is a role model of millions of people worldwide, should have been given exemplary punishment.

However the judiciary is always correct & has given the right decision. I personally believe that as an actor Sanjay Dutt is very good but as a human being he is not. Coming from a good family it is generally expected that a person would imbibe to a certain set of values, which are woefully absent is Sanjay Dutt as a human being. I need not substantiate more on this, as it is evident from his being in numerous controversies And such hi-profile people, need to be punished in an exemplary manner, so that all people who take them as role models are clear that WRONG IS WRONG: irrespective of the social standing of the person.

Appreciate the decision made by the judicial system.

how easy it is to pass judgement !How conveniently you conveyed that he is not a good human being. Can you define this, please ! He made a mistake and he suffered for all these years. All saaid and done about judicial system but fact remains... if they had not punished him, media would have beaten the shit out of the judge and system.Sanjay Dutt is punished because of him being a celeb. All those who want to laugh it off, must think over it.More than a decade and a half, he has served this system of punishment.what else should be expected out of him.And if it's unbiased sentence,we all should wait and watch Mr.Bachchan's land scam's verdict by this very judicial system

by Manish Ranjan on Jul 31, 2007 02:27 PM  Permalink

i personally feel very sorry for the sentence awarded to a good person like Sanjay. but if we start doing things which is against law, we would land up in deep trouble. irrespective of the stature of the personality he is an indian citizen. all shall be treated equally.

Sentence What for??????
by rakesh kapoor on Jul 31, 2007 02:27 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am shocked to know about the sentence. It is too harsh and is uncalled for. Sanju has not done any criminal act after the alleged act. As per TV reports/programs he is one of the nicest persons in the Industry. It is his badluck that he did not join politics. Had he joined politics the judge would not have behaved in this manner.

friend, sanjay is indirectly involved in bomb blast at mumbai. We lost more than 200 of our brothers and sisters. Do u think he had kept AK 47 rifle only for playing? Why do u support him?? Dont support him seeing his Munnabhai films! He is a good actor but not a good citizen of India

Dear Rahul,

Honorable judge has done his duty.If we start looking at criminals / crime as per our emotions then we will not have any law or rule.Imagine somebody robs you, and the thief is a very nice person, will you say the same.
