This for me is injustice. We all know that justice delayed is justice denied, but dont we know that the punishment is an effort to let the guilty improve himself. It is to kill the sin & not the sinner. So cant we look at the behaviour of Dutt after the earlier imprisonment, has his behaviour been suspective, has he not shown the signs of being a good citizen? Than wht is this sentence for...?

yes u r write, no body will deny this thing but suppose this thing happened to any common man no body will stand behind him & country's law is first.
It took 14 long years to take this decision...? Very sad from Indian%u2019s soft attitude towards criminals..? At least now we should change our self making this kind of decision with increase in terrorism..
Well whatever the decision is .. Munna bhai will stay in the jail and when will come out will become Munna Bhai Jailer... and a movie will be made Munna bhai Jailer...

why the hell sorry, ask the people who lost their loved one, with such grave offence he should have been hanged.
Murderer narender modi also not desrves to remail open. Only he is a CM, so that he is free from law. So next elections, Choose Sanju as CM of maharshtra.
