Kudos to Judge Kode
by Gang Member on Jul 31, 2007 02:41 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Kudos to Judge Kode - you have been very brave and have meted out the right judgement. Hope the other people who commit such anti-social activities learn a lesson from these. However famous u are, u just cannot take lives of innocent people. What had they done in any way to harm u? So many of them wud have been idolising u then .. & he played a part in taking away their lives .. even if he has changed now .. cud he have brot back the dead person for his/her family?
Judge Kode - u have set a gd example.

Why single out Sanju only in Bollywood..

There are so many in Bollywood who are hand in glove with the underworld!!!!

Unfair justice system if it is not treating equally who have done far worse than Sanjoy....

So many politicians & businessman doing far worse crime everyday..
why not award exemplary punishment to them.

Chief justice of Pakistan had the guts to stand up and be counted against the formidable Mussarf. We need such judges ,
That would be great example!!!

What for Mr. Modi will be punished? Not a single case against him out of thousands of witnesses gave statement in Nanavati commission not even a single has directly made Narendra Modi responsible. Also in fake encounter case there are no evidences proving political pressure or intervention for encounters.

Its harsh because it is for Sanjay Dutt. But do you feel the same for others who have been hanged or any other common man who has been given life imprisonment. Think him as a common man not as Film star than you wont feel the difference

How does modi come in this picture! You psuedo secularists have gone crazy...Is it fun to drag modi into everything?

Look at the kind of progress and development and industrialisation that is happening in Gujarat...

I think you guys are jelous of it.

What was the crime of Modi?
He squeezed the hell out of jehadis and dislodged anti social elements, Ok some innocent people would also have suffered but now Gujarat is a heaven.

Indian sentiment and emotions ..
by bahmidipati subbarao on Jul 31, 2007 02:40 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I dont understand why these bollywood actors fancy these stuff till date. Sanjay dutt who is all the way romancing actresses and involving in the under world activities suddenly realises he has a daughter!!! only when the judge announces the judgement... how pityful.. and also the daughter, whose father is in midst of this chaos is not beside him but in NewYork!! what an affection! I guess all these gimmics and emotions are a part of the indian tradition which these 'unscrupulous' people play a folly. The law of the land is above all emotions and sentiments and it shud be withheld no matter what the criteria is. I wud not be surprised when sanju baba wud request for a trip to the states to meet his daughter etc. I think we need to go beyond all this follow and treat the 'crime' as it is and push this guy to jail asap. Infact i wud say this is one of the good days for india ( well we had a bad day a week back when Dr. Kalam stepped down) and atleast we can hope that these BADA terrorists wud be nabbed and the society protected. Abhi keliye .. MUNNABHAI CHALEE ANDAR

I agree with you. Playing on Indian sentiments these big wigs think they can get away with anything !! Unscrupulous is what they are .. & here media is tom-toming about him being in near tears .. what about the many many tears that these terrorists leave behind for innocent people .. as u said .. yes .. he shud be in jail asap. All his Munnabhai stunts were just hogwash.

snajay dutt imprisonment
by on Jul 31, 2007 02:40 PM  Permalink

this decision of sending sanjay for 6 years behind the bars will give some respite to the relatives of mumbai blast victims but what about those leaders who are directly or indirectly involved in such criminal activities and roaming freely in this country. Are they not deserving candidates for rigorous imprisonment.
