there are thousand cases registered against each and every politician in our country ranging from murder,rape,dacoity and god knows what else !!!!! and haveu ever heard a single politician to be sentenced for such a long period or even onepolitician to be hanged ??????????
and ppl are talkin bout judicial system in place and it being the right verdict...
there are been cases of killing pavement dwellers due to rash and drunken driving and not even one has got such a sentence

Yes Sajeev, the judicial system is in place and Sanjay got the right verdict.Why should we show sympathy towards Sanjay....just because he is an actor.?Coming back to the politicians....who says that they can escape the law...You can put them behind the bars if you can prove charges against them.Do you have the guts to do that?If so go ahead.You will win...
No body is above the law. Anybody who commited the crime should be punished. More over who ever involved in the Mumbai blast case should be punished vigorously with out any mercy.
Justice prevails....we need more judges like Hon. Kode and people like Mr. Nikam ....if India wants to be a developed country (with human touch) by 2020, the date set by Hon. Kalam !!!
Sanjay is a brave man to admit his mistake. Please don't go to Supreme Court ... take the challenge, accept the punishment for the mistake ...practice 'Gandhigiri'...time will fly and you will come out more strong and pure to face the remaining life. God bless you.

I welcome the judgement, but at the same time believe it holds no value to pronounce a verdict after this long.it been 14 yr since the real hapenning and people and situations have transformed.Its like, if someone is transformed its bringing him back to believe he is a criminal.

Beacuse Hindus dont commit such terrorist crimes like u people. Sanjay Dutt just had weapons with him, but u people had RDX which was then used to blast Mumbai. He had weapons just to protect himself & his families.

And a question for you ... why the person Russi Mulla is just sentenced 1 year??? if he is in elder age ... then what about sunjay dutt he is also in his fifties ... and he has already spent a lot of time behind the bars??? Do you call Russi Mulla a Hindu???

please express your reaction on torching a compartment full of innocent travellers and then say any thing about riots followed. you can not be selective for criticism
Court should find out the truth what has happened actually. Not only for this case but for the rest all the cases like this Government should take the strick action against the actual accused. Court should not catchhold the innocent and the people who have been forced to do so.
