That is a good decision. I would appreciate the judge if he has given him death sentence. No one has the right to kill others. A person accomplice of any murder should be given death sentence. Then atleast people think before doing any crime. I feel there is a necessity to change our laws. Gandhi giri will not work now a days.

A death sentence is given incase the accuseds have committed a murder and when the said persons are well aware of what they are doing. There are cases where people have accidentaly committed the crime and some accused who are mentally unstable don't realize what they are doing. By what you have written, I understand you are in favor of a barbaric laws which will not even allow us to voice our opinions as we are doing here. Be careful of what you wish for. As for the case we are discussing here, a crime was definately committed and it was for the judiciary to decide, there are sympathizers of Mr. Sanjay Dutt and to some extent I do agree a lesser sentence of may 3 yrs might have been appropiate but one thing is for sure, justice has been served and this judgement reinstates our faith in Judiciary of this country and proves that no one is above the law.
there are thousand cases registered against each and every politician in our country ranging from murder,rape,dacoity and god knows what else !!!!! and haveu ever heard a single politician to be sentenced for such a long period or even onepolitician to be hanged ??????????
and ppl are talkin bout judicial system in place and it being the right verdict...
there are been cases of killing pavement dwellers due to rash and drunken driving and not even one has got such a sentence

I do not see any thing wrong in this sentencing as all of the accused were destined to it but as far as you are concerned you seem to be totally biased person, while referring to Modi and Advani. Why do you close your eyes to all sins commited by muslim politicians, congressis, communists and ofcourse /'jatiwadi/' parties.

friend, sanjay is indirectly involved in bomb blast at mumbai. We lost more than 200 of our brothers and sisters. Do u think he had kept AK 47 rifle only for playing? Why do u support him?? I think u r supporting him seeing his Munnabhai films? He is a good actor but not a good citizen of India. Will u support him if u had lost your relatives in mumbai blast?

Please give sentence to other parts of coin also.Those repsonsible for riots,like harldine hindu groups too punished,so many innocent muslims dead on that day.Judge should not be punish only one community.
