Samit das Being a fan of Sanju baba will not like to get him imprisonment. But being a Indian,i would definitely want culprits to punished for their illegal acts, irrespective whomsoever he or she is.
Why you guys are supporting sanjay dutt.He should be given atleat 3 years of rigrous imprisonment for possessing illegal weapons.Although now he is a changed person but that does not minimize the offence he has done.

If he had killed people then you would have been saying that "Had he killed some prime minister or MP ,MLA or some celebrity."Its nonsense.Get your facts right MR Ghosh.Having AK/56 is a big offence and if everyone is getting life and death sentence then why he should be left out??Ask those families who have suffered and lost their loved ones and u will know

Afzal also had not killed any one but he is in conspiracy. If he was given death sentence why not sanjay. He had not killed an one but he is along with the dawood group.

Why 3 years RI. Out of 100 no criminals got a sentence of less than 10 year. Sanjay deserves for 10 years RI.
If sanju baba has done some crime, he should be punished.....i being a great fan of sanju pray for him but we can never forget the pain the pain caused to million of Indias.
The massages are very tilted almost bordering to hatred. what is fault of Sanjay. A kid, being teased in his chilhood for her mother's so called love relationship, became insecure. He grew as insecure boy and was programmed to think that he can be attacked because of his family back ground. He did not fire a single round, not planted any explosives, but we pass a judment that he is terrorist. Actually people are always envious of celebrities and hence become harsh for their acts.

Oh Mr. Sharad were you his class mate or grew up along with him. You know a lot about him. Trying to act like a big shot pschycologist. By that terms all criminals have had a troubled childhood. So all of them should be set free. Dont come up with ur crappy views.

he helped the terrorists. he gave them shelter. the driver of the vehicle which carried the firearm was tried and sentenced under TADA. its easy to find reasons like insecurity since childhood and all but the fact remains that he was friends with the likes of Dawood and salem. he deserves the punishment. dont try to dilute the extent of his guilt by giving frivolous reasons. no one is jelous of him. I would be the last person to be in his shoes.

Hey man people like him and others are helping bhais to do activities, that is enough to punish him and please don't see him as a great actor and other....who cares, did he did or doing any useful work for society, nothing.Only for him self he is doing movies, not more than that.he should feel shame being an indian, helping criminals thats it.
