Sanjay Dutt should be freed from all the charges...
by dhermesh kumar on Jul 31, 2007 01:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sanju should be freed from all the charges as he has suffered a lot and has been in jail for whatever he has done,He is very nice person, a public image and God fearing man, he will not do anything against the law of India and hurt the feelings of his Father and family members and the fans of the world.
Dhermesh

I dont agree. We indian's have always been taken ride on immotional grounds. Sanju baba has become an actor by virtue of the fact that his parents are film actors & it was not as if he went to a drama school, made a career like what we do in our lives..He was from a priveledged background & should have never ever possessed any illegal arms.. The sad thing is that people who have access to the best turn out to be a sting in the society..He should be punished

Sanjay Dutt
by Rams on Jul 31, 2007 01:21 PM  Permalink

What Sanjay Dutt has done is more than possession of illegal arms. baba Sunil tried to free him a lot during PV time as PM. No use. Only after PV is gone, and Sunil Dutt pacified Bal Thackery, it was cleverly made to show the case as possession of illegal arms. Only a few people like PV, and Bal Thackeray knew what crime exactly Sanjay has done other than giving shelter to those bombers. People are made to believe that it is only a case of illegal arms. That is how our legal system works.

Guess the expected jail term for Sanju ?
Possessing illegal weapons should get him atleast 5 years. As he had already spent 1.5 years, I think it would be 3.5 years more unless the Italian turncoat influences the Judge as a compliment for his congress connection.

Worriesome part is those convicted will use Sanjubhai's acquitall as shield to reduce their punishment. I really don't understand..why these cases are clubbed together

May justice prevail....he hasn't harmed anyone or have planted bombs in any part of the city. He will do better staying out of the prison to our people than getting prisoned.

Regards,

Pratap
