Wow - sad state of affairs when the CBI is quoted as being the "premier" investigating agency..
Everyone knows CBI stand for Corrupt Bureau of Incompetents..
Have they actually successfully prosecuted anyone...??
They're probably not too happy about getting this case, because it can't involve free foreign vacations for the great investigators...
Or maybe they'll find they have to go to London to question the daughter-in-law's second cousin's friend's aunt...she may hold the key to the whole case...

You name a minister you have a case. That is reality
It means, UP police is inefficient to investigate this case or they want that this should be just like another case which will have to go for a long time or makes it another BOFORS way as we see that here CBI means, Congress Bureau of Investigations.
