Really very stupid judgement.After 14 years the judgement has come and it shows the effeciency of our justice system.
Besides there is a very big partiality.Why was teh Sri Krishan Commission report not implemented?What about the justice for those people who where killed in the famous bombay riots? Is the life of the victims of bombay riots so cheap? Just because the victims were muslims we see all this partiality?
Why they are not implementing sri krishna report where the main accused is Bal Tackery? Isnt he a criminal just like others? Indian Judiciary is run by policticians. No DOubt its the best in the world!

please do not mix things. The court has given verdict on Mumbai Blast. The SKC investigated the riots following the blast. It is the duty of the govt to implement the recommendations. And please do not use the words like Very Stupid Judgement.

This is all bullshit, many cases are pending in the court yet and he would have been punished for 10 years before 14 years, he would have been happy by now, making him wait till now and giving him a punishment of 6 years now makes it 20 years of punishment. Fully agree with Nagaraju.Indian judiciary is one of the worst in the whole world. It is absolutely useless. Look at this very case. A young man did a childish adventurous thing of buying a gun. Now the donkey judge and supporters of that donkey brand that man responsible for mumbai blast and make him suffer in hell
Always swearing by old heritage and civilisation majority of we indians are selfish,greedy,and corrupt.We have no civic sense and respect for law,justice and fairness.Laws are broken with impugnity and those who top in this act are lawyers themselves,policemen,polticians and sarkari babus,all. These judgements come occassionally to show people that justice exists.It gives us false illussion of fairness and protection against wrong.But facts are otherwise.It is like,every year a few cases are caught of narcotics and black money for media publicity and justifying hefty pay packets and expenses. Same is for judiciary.These glimpses of so called brilliance and judicial indepedence and efficinecy actually intimidate the law abiding citizens ,but the criminals and corrupt chukle.One does not know what is truth but there is sure doubt on ability of corrupt,politicially pressurised,arrogant and primitive police organisations of India to track such huge crimes with truth and fairness.We are not sure who are perpeterators and whether those who are punished are really involved and to what extent.Who would listen?
Monica Bedi was persecuted and hounded spending lacs of rupees and acquited. People infact have no faith left in judicial system of india (abuse of 489A) and specially in investigating agencies.There is nothing to be happy about this judgment either.Still it is long way to go.Real truth might remain under carpet.
Indians will have to come clean and reform systems.

Correct. Indian Judicial system is shameful. We shouldn't get happy about such sentences. How it is going to change our lives. Just go to some lower court and see how common man is fighting his case there. Nothing moves without money. To get the next date for hearing you need to pay. Peon takes Money, Ardali takes money and judges takes them too. Don't believe me, file a case and see it yourself.
Manmohan Singh will loose a lot of sleep now.He will most probably get Insomnia.Sonia Gandhi will declare compenation of 5 Lakhs each to the families of those convicted to death.2 Lakhs for the families of those convited for life. Maulan Mulayam will give a clean chit all those convicted of terrorism just like he gave a clean chit to SIMI.He will appoint a battery of lawyers to defend these terrorists funded by his good friend Mr.Amar Singh.Shabana Azmi,Selvad Teilstad,Justice Sachar and their ilk will cry themselves hoarse and accuse Justice Kode of Human Rights abuse.

Hi Azmi - Please do not compare the two. You muslims have a tendency for finding an excuse for all ills plaguing muslim society. It is always the small fishes who get caught and fried in all rioting cases. Mumbai riots is no exception. Bal Thackeray deserves to be hanged - No doubt but till then do not try to justify all the wrong doings of the terrorists. If you can go backward right up to the days of the crusades to fight reasons to fight Christians, Hindus can go back just a few 100 years to the days of Nadir Shah, Ghazni and Babar.
