by C D Tamhankar on Aug 01, 2007 01:31 AM  Permalink

If Sanjay has so much attachment with his daughter, then, can he tell , how many days he has spent with his daughter in last 13-14 yrs?
How many phone calls he has done to talk to her?

He has spend more time in Dubai and more calls to Abu Salem and Dawood.

Thank God, Judge did not get carried away by his acting.

SANJAY VERDICT
by ram prasad on Aug 01, 2007 01:02 AM  Permalink

In our openion judgement of court is good and welcomed , but need to panalised to root of this offence .Why this type of events occured in our country , every politician , policemen , officer ,minister all are corrupt so at first court need to hang all then need to penalised any ordinary person .If police cann't do his work very well then it is right to self defence everybody , if criminal shoot anybody then police and politician become silent then where was gone our rules and regulation of India .I never heard till date any politician penalised for 10 years /5 years etc .So I think to improve india rules and regulation at first need to improve politician/police person who didn't do any work without money .

Is there a death sentence for demolishing unauthorised, not used structures? I dont think so. This is a country where law rules not outdated shariyat.

Arguments
by on Aug 01, 2007 12:51 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Friends, let us not fight and argue; but DISCUSS. I know that we all love our own religion. But does any religion teach us to fight and kill? No. Everyone loves peace and prosperity. (Apart from corrupt politicians). Remember how we used to be friends in school? Regardless of religions. Friendship is forever - enemity brings quick death: Morally & Physically.

I agree with the topic (Arguments). Afterall, religion and religious differences have been created and implanted in our minds and hearts by people who had been affected by corrupt others; sometime of the other during their lives. Else how would we know the difference between a Hindu & a Muslim? Blood is always RED. If God has not differentiated in the colours of our blood, then who are we to do so?

Hanging is not the solution by emotional friend. But yes, crime control is :-) Strengthening the security services, both Internal (Police, Customs, etc) as well as external (Links and Tie-ups with International Security Services like the Interpol).

Sanjay's verdict
by on Aug 01, 2007 12:29 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I read what lot of people wrote about the verdict that Sanjay's deserved it and that even though he is a changed man he still should be punished. Let me ask everyone who stated that... everyone sins...no one is perfect....we ask God for forgiveness of our sins. Think if God thought the same way you do..then we all should be punished for every little mistakes/sins we have done. Its easy to say things about others. Put yourself in his shoes and feel what he might be going through.

Oh really ? I will ask you the same question when your son who is 18 and full of dreams and aspirations would board a train someday just to get blasted off into thousands of pieces just coz some in a sad part of the world was interested in going to their so called "jannat". Sick people. Shame on you!

You are right buddy. One only realises when something goes wrong with our own relatives / friends. But fighting is not the solution to our problems. We need to overcome corruption starting at our individual levels.

We are human beings not God. We have to make our society clean from sins (which we assumes). There are differences between big sins and small sins, and we give big punishment people for big sins small punishment for small sins. We will meet god after death so for time being let the system do it work.

Muslims say that Bombing was aftermath of Riots and Riots was aftermath of Babri Masjid.

Killing so many innocents cannot justified by giving the reason of Babri Masjid.

Let us not argue about Hindus & Muslims. All people have their pros and cons. Just imagine how much of a nuisance is created during festivals celebrated by both our religions! Problems to the traffic, noise polution, Fast Bike Riding late at night. Fighting is not the solution and nor is pinpointing at each other. The real solution lies in Tolerance and Self-Understanding. We need to control ourselves and not be a nuisance to others. Once we dont come in anyones way, peace will be maintained.

Why can people not understand that riots are caused by Corrupt Politicians... of all religions, to achieve their ulterior motives. They make us fight everywhere by creating differences between us. Let them not succeed. We are al humans first and citizens of a country next.
