Sheela Bhatt I completely agree with you. Yes people are spending more time in debating issues which take us away from the crucial issues and questions which need to aksed. I am a great fan of Sanjay Dutt but than no person can be more important than a country's integrity and secutiry. Though it has taken a long time in getting justice, I am still happy the finally the verdict went the way it should. Regarding Mumbai communal riots both the Hindus and Muslims have suffered who suffered more or less would be stupid question to be asked and by thinking on such issues would all mean that we did not learn anything form the History and need to go back to school. Specially few of those who have added their comments below.
Terrorist are terrorist and any kind of terror is a demonstration of uncivilised behaviour and against the teachings of Islam which strictly prohibits killing of innocent, children, women and elderly and sick people even when engaged in war.
It is true that in most of the recent cases (last two decades)in almost 99% cases muslims are involved.Mainly from across the border with a few exceptions.
The good part is that 14/15 crore population of Indian muslims has kept themselves away and has condemed the acts that accounted for large killings of innocent people.
While more than 99% muslims feel that killing of innocent is undesirable and unislamic, there are some who argue that those muslims who have been killed in numerous riots were also innocent muslims and why no justice was given to them and those who partcipated in killing of muslims are treated as hero.We do not have any answer to silence their argument.
The process of delivering justice has started from Mumbai and should be carried out in the rest of India and all those responsible for killing of innocent are sent to the gallows.Let this be extended to all other killers and no one should be allowed to disturb the peace of society in future.
Terrorist from across the border should be killed and strong message should go that we mean business and we will deal with them as harshly as possible
Sanjay Dutt is paying the price of being in the company of bad people and this should be a lesson for our youth.

Have any religious(Muslim)leader and so called secularist has asked to govt.for death sentence on prilimanary investigation withot passing forteen years long period. It is everybody says the activities are anti-islamic but day to day educated youths are involving for hug money.Have they demanded to counduct enquiry about the money come for madarsa&masjids.
Majority of the culprints involved in 1993 Bomb blasts are brought to the book, although Dwood Ibrahim and Tiger Memon are still fugitive.Sanjay Dutt also punished for his involvement. However we cannot say that Everyone is common before the law. Just for exapmple, the Srikrishna Report is not yet implemented. Also Raj Thackrey, nephew of Bal Thackrey was involved in the murder case of a middle calss resident from Dadar Hindu colny called Ramesh Kini. He is still scot free. Rahj Thackrey need to be trialed same on the lines of Jessica Lal and Priyadarshini Matto murder case. I do not seee it will happen because Shivsena has supported Congress in the President poll and Madam Sonia won't hurt Balasaheb for the favor done to her party....this is all politics
