Dear Shilaji, I have very high respect for you. When you talk about the Shri Krishna commission report, its publication and implementation of the recommendations, I just want to ask you following questions. There are hundreds, rather thousands of commissions appointed by all state and central governments in our country. How many reports have been treated at legal "witness" by our court? why those reports have not been implemented? There are hundreds of cases where a commission is established, millions of rupees spent on them for months or years and when the report goes to State Assembly or Parliament, with a stroke of a pen, those reports are just garbaged by the ruling party, IF THEY ARE AGAINST THEIR INTEREST !!!!! And in many cases, the reports are never put before State Legislative Assembly or Parliament. What would you say about those reports? Why are you talking about only one or two or three reports? I request you to use your investigative journalism skills (learned and inherited by reverent shir Kanti Bhatt) to come forward and answer my question Regards

If any govt .institutes any commission, it should be the mandatory to follow the findings of the commission without any reservation by the either the government of the immediately following government. In case of failure of such action on total recommendations, the entire costs of such forming and maintenance of such commission till the termination of such commission, should be paid by the chief minister of the state Govt. and in case of central Govt., the cost should be paid by the Prime minister from his personal money, in case of bankruptcy, can be recovered from the respective person's movable and immovable properties, in absence of which he should be imprisoned for not lesser than three years with withdrawal of his candidature for standing for any election for next ten years!
First and foremost lesson the people of this entire Nation draws is Politics can turn justice easily in their favour, whatever the party may be! Cause is left out without any punishment while the result is punished! Politicians and security personnel from high to low ranks were involved during the Bombay riots, who were well identified by another senior judge of high integrity years ago, the fact of which is widely known to entire nation, that had comfortably gone into the waste paper basket, without any action whatsoever, to the entire disappointment of the entire Nation! ? If any Govt. ordered a special commission and if they don't implement the recommendations of the commission, the total expenditure of the public money with accrued interests should be immediately recovered from the party, failing which party office bearers should be jailed for not less than one year!
Neither the Shiva Sena, nor B.J.P., nor the so called Indian National Congress, under the leadership of madam Sonia Gandhi cared to revive the case to bring all those found guilty, as already recommended by Shri Krishna Commission, to justice, to appropriately punish by a judge of the calibre of Justice shri. Kode! Congress says they waited for Supreme court judgment! Why do they want Supreme court, when they failed to act upon Shri Krishna CommissionThe party politics is nothing but to fool the public as all the politics united secretly without offering any logical and meritorious reason for not taking any action on the Bombay Riots after Shri Krishna Commission! As they have proved beyond doubt, all parties are identical in cheating the people of the nation! This system of party should be immediately dispensed with, to amend the good old rotten system of democracy that is found to favour only the wrong doers in the present Nation as only they plead for retention of democracy!
For all the evils the political class in the country is responsible.to shield their failures and misdeeds politicians raise unwanted issues like secularisam, and play communal politics there by creating mistrust among different communities.an ordinary citizen may be a hindu or muslim is not all intrestedwith all these things except roti, makan and kapada.the politicians with a hand ful of their chamchas create mistrust among people to meet their own selfishintrests. even after 60 years of independence the political class of the country could not provide pure drinking water to the citizens leave about two square meals.it is a shame on the so called leadership.they should hang their heads in shameand all them should commit suicide by jumping in to the sea there by saving lot of things .
Bomb Blasts & Riots fall in different catagories. Riots is a spotanious reaction to some happenings while Bomb Blasts is a well plannes attempt to destabilise one state with the help of another enemy state. Persons were burnt alive in Radhabai Chawl in Mumbai and Mumbai reacted while persons were burnt alive in train at gondhra and Gujrat reacted. In fact riots were the reaction to the incidents of attempt to destabilise our nation. Hence people should not link bomb blasts with riots in mumbai or elsewhere.

THESE terrorists dont deserve anything like lawyers,bail,appeal and so on.Make new laws to tackle terrorism. Keep separate courts.Only 'in camera' trials.No defense lawyers.Guilty UNLESS proven innocent.Run the cases like "Court Martial".Immediate verdict, immediate implementation of punishment.Hang them out in the open or in a closed venue where public and the media too, can go and watch. Punish the terrorists so brutally and so severely that their brethern will pee in pants even with the thought of committing such ghastly acts.If a crab bites you, there's no way you can pull him out by any peaceful means. even if you try to pull him out his stings will remain inside your body. The only way to get rid of him is YOU BITE the crab.When your teeth will stab into his stomach, he will immediately pull his sting out and leave you!!! Kill the terrorists so brutally that it will send the spines of their community frozen with fear.We are absolute stupids who offer them the democratic facilities like lawyers, bail, affidavit, appeal etc which are actually meant only for law-abiding citizens of india.
