it has relevance because if HANEEF is sufferer it is due to bad image built by these fundamentalists.MANY HANEEFs suffer and get punished without cause but the responsible r who keep on crying to say ISLAM says that.EVEN now HANEEFs can be saved if these JIHADIS stop their activities.DEFINE RELIGION IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND WITH RIGHT SPIRIT.I DO NOT MIND IF REDIFF IS NOT SHOWING MY VIEWS BUT MY VIEWS R FACTUALS AND NONE CAN CONTRADICT--lalitkumar
The whites are know to be champion of human rights. The whites knows terror and terrorists much more than us. They have suffered more because of terror acts. Still Justice prevail in their systems. No doubts the browns mentality and attitude of fighting among themselves have taken them backward. Whites are much much more civilised.

Whites are only responsible for whatever happening in the world, the examples are Afghanistan, Iraq, Hiroshima & Nagasaki. Whites are only helping and instigating Pakistan to fight with us, whites have only kept our Country "Gulaam" for 200 years. R u an indian? after being ruled for 200 years by whites how can u say that? i live in UK and i know the whites they think they r the superior race. all the problems u see in the world is because of the euporeans. they went to africa and divided their land and the africans are fighting among them self for a mistake done by the whites they enslaved asians, african and used them as animals in thier fields and industries the british captured palestine, an arab land and gave it to jews now the arab and jew fight over it the whites invade countries for its wealth as they invaded many asian and african countries in the past and u have a very good example of iraq so please dont side with the whites they want only money in their pockets no human rights what so ever.

Mr. Kunal Garewal , must be thinking that he will be awarded a multiple Visa or a Tag of "Sir" or "Rai Bahadur" by whites for writing the "Qaseedas" praising Whites.
My God! there is so much hate in these comments and messages. Please people, let us not comment out of hate. It is not religions to blame but human beings are to blame. All acts of terrorism / freedom fights are done by humans and not by religions. We have to take collective responsibility for this and stop this. There are so many hattered messages especially against Muslims. It is nice to read ur messages & come to trust that there are some peaceful ppls living in this country like us.
Its hight time that the media in India especially the news channels have a relook at the kind of news that are being dished out to the viewers. In their mad endeavour to increase TRPs they are sensationalising trivial issues. Even in the present case, Haneef has got cult status. He is in the limelight of every channel. Is it justified? Has he won a war for us or has he come back with an Olympic gold. There were 8 persons killed in police firing in Andhra. Where is that news? Were the lives less important? It seems that the news channels are targetted towards a particular section pf the population, the upper middle class who have the buying power and ultimately these eyeballs are sought out by the sponsors? This is a very disturbing and alarming tend in capitalist India? Its time that we ponder over this issue

Perfect said.. Every year hell lots of Indians in Gulf are facing problems...They are treaded as slaves.. No embassy is dared to take any action against the so called countries... Now we are taking the case of Haneef as he is a national hero .. If really media wants to do favour for the people of India ask them to go to Gulf and take some reports...and then make a world wide wave so that the Shakes stops to harras the guys...

Absolutely. The Indian media has no other business. They made a hero out of Haneef. What he has done in order to attract so much of publicity>/ whether he has fought our country or has he done something for which the people of the Country should feel proud of.? what made the media to give him a Hero's welcome.?He is only an ex convict who has been discharged because the charges could not be prooved. That dies not mean that he has to be treated like a Natinal Hero. Shame Media Shame.

You are right 100%. No concern for Godra carnage?? No concern for Kashmir suicide attacks?? No care towards killing in Andhra / Assam ??? No care for the people living in pathetic condition?? No attention to the ever increasing education cost?? No attention to the ever increasing medical cost?? Not seeing the people dwelling in thousands of slums in India?? Not taking care of beggars around cities?? Not taking care of civic standards around the big cities ?? Sleepless nights for whom??
We should take them to international court for this kind of action to our fellow citizen. How they od like this to ainnocent person. They have to feel sorry to Haneef & INDIA for act. We are with u Mr. haneef we full faith in u.
Whatever one might say. At least the govt was quick to realize their folly and release Haneef. Nothing could have stopped him by detaining him for months if not years. Let us praise the Australian govt for that. It is the only country which accepts all nationals particularly those from trouble torn countries.

Australian police are not smart enough !!!They should have subjected Mahatma Hanif to Brain Mapping/NARCO TEST,,with his permission..Things would have been more clear...like in case of Telgi...
Shame on the indian media for the coverage they have been carrying on haneef since last few days. Why are they making him a hero. what has he done. He was a victim of false charges being slapped on him and nothing else.Is he the only person in india to have sufferred in this manner. There are hundreds languishing in jail for no fault of theirs and wrongly detained for years, for which many NGO's have been fighting for them. why does not the media carry their stories which they really deserve instead of making somebody a hero unnecessarily. Is the media also been toeing the minority line or they do not have good stuff for the public. stop cheap publicity.

Here the honour of the country was at stake.Media has done the right thing and has made us aware that harassment can take place in so called more civilised countries and one can be sent to jail on filmsy ground.It is a good lesson for all those aspirants who are keen to go abroad.
