I don't understand why Dr Haneef is getting so much media attention. Even our current president Ptatibha Patil did not get so much attention. We come across with many people in our daily lives who have been victimised by the Indian police force. But our media hardly takes up those cases.

Our beloved prime minister can sleep well now. Haneef has come back and his major cause of insomnia has been removed.
I wish our PM would lose a minute of sleep for farmers killed in Khammam, Nandigram and Singur. He could also spend another minute on suicides in Vidarbha and Andhra and elsewhere.
If he could he could lose another minute on all the fake cases booked by indian police routinely. As a famous story goes, after any crime, first objective is to find a convenient scapegoat and then the fabricate the evidence.
Could he spend half a minute for the kins of victims of maxicab murders which have been pushed under the carpet - routinely off course.
He could help indian citizens if he could donate half an hour of sleep to us.
I do not think we need to be of a special type to merit his insomniac attention.

You need to know the facts and then comment.. Haneef is clean.. There is not doubt about it..
Coming to his silence in Australia, he was silent bcoz as part of the deal to release him the immigration department asked him to refrain from talking to the media... For this the immigration dept officials also ensured that he is not seated with any press reporters in the flight back to India..They shuffled his seats and he finally ended up being in business class..
Now please stop blowing your trumpet and let the guy live..

haneef shd thank god as he was caught in australia not uk and us or pakistan forget about 30 days he ould be spending 30 months or 30 years in those places still there are people who are not racist and humna beings in australia

You should understand the facts before you comment on someone. Haneef is clean and innocent. Pl. tell me why the Austrialian police said it was mistake. They took the charges back i.e. The SIM Card was not found in the Jeep and Haneef was not staying with his brothers.
The Austrialian government treats Asians as slave and treats them with such acts.
