These politician are real jokers. They make law without even considering its implication. We know, courts know and everybody know that more than 98% dowry cases are false incluidng this one on A. Singh. If anything happen between husband & wife, wife immediately misuse this law. This law has make a rift between men and women. Now, when Arjun found himself implicated by misuse of this law, lets see how he reacts. Similarly, one day he and other politicians will have to face the heat of Reservation Law, when their kins or relatives will start getting unemployed inspite of merit.

Dear Patnaik, Go to any court or women cell, you will realize the statistics correct. Most of the women file such complaints only to harrass husband and relatives and in the end increase their bargaining power to extract more and more money. This TAMASHA is on in all the women cells and courts, go and see yourslef.

You are very right,Mr.Rajesh.Mr.Arjun Singh should be immediately dismissed from the ministry and should be punished if the charges are proved in the Court of Law.But I am doubtful whether the process will be fast or wii take years.

The Anti-dowry laws in India are now-a-days rampantly being misused by daughter-in-law's and their families mostly in collusion with police and even doctors (who issue false medical reports) to victimise the husband and his family for no reason or on simple misunderstandings between husband and wife. All members of In-laws family including old persons, women members and other daughter-in-law's in the husband family are falsely implicated. These laws are being used to intimidate in-laws family and Supreme Court has rightly said that these laws are being used as 'LEGAL TERRORISM'. These laws are no way helping the daughter-in-laws who are actually victimised by their in-laws but on the contrary these laws are destroying the basic fabric of an Indian Family and the Institution of Marriage which was an ideal in itself and admired in the world. The FIR in these cases are registered by police without any evidence or verification and just on the complaint by daughter-in-law or her parents and the onus is on the In-laws to prove that they are not guilty. In the process, it is the police, lawyers and judges who mint money at the cost of persons who are victimised by the daughter-in-law. At this hour of crisis I fully support Sh. Arjun Singh. I also know that he will get relief based on facts but what happens to common man is terrible and shamely. What is the benefit of these type of laws which instead of helping people, are destroying families. My family is also a victim of these laws

Agreed with rajesh maheshwari.Now time has been come to punish those who have created legal terrorism on the basis of our law created by our GOD FATHER i.e.Britishers.Laws back to Independence r enacted blindly.And laws related to Dowry r used blindly to blackmail and harass family of boys.It's no doubt that girls need special protection comparable 2 men but what when used by those who r self dependent& more efficient than their husband.they try to either dominate instead of equity priciples as said by constitution.Such girl's need to be punished and thier face smeared with black powder paraded in public.Such girls destroy the life of genuinely harassed girls as judges failed to distinguish between harassed and pretending to be harassed girl for etortion.So law has to think midway so that neither girl's nor boys life is ruined whosoever false may be. In the pretext justice/settlement women organisation r flourishing and making huge money for self like NCW,DCW,CAW etc. In some cases they do genuine settlement but mostly donot work honestly. Also judges worked as sarkari babu just mute spectator 2 cases and donot personally take interset in solving divorce and criminal cases.If they see girl is wrong they donot have guts to take legal action. Another shinning exomple of politicians in power making mockery of the law and they have the audicity to appear shamelessly on various TV channels claiming themselves to be a victim of a deep rooted conspiracy.Because, they know damn well that in Mahan Bharat they are untouchables & above the law.Can the Govt explain as to why a permission is required to prosecute an IAS, Ministers, CMs..etc when charges have already been framed by a court of law.Why can't they be equated with common people since, according to the constitution of India, they are the people's representatives.
The time now has come get out of our CHALTA HAI CULTURE sleep and send a strong massage to the Govt that we all mean buisness now.
Just as untouchability in India is not yet abolished ,so its with the Dowry.The dalits are is still looked at with hatred in India. And as far as Dowry is concerned,it still prevails in India,whether North or South,it does not make any difference. I can understand that in North India people are highly uneducated and lack civic sense. However what about the South popluation. Even educated people take dowry. Its a tradition. In fact,the dowry rating is decided based on Qualification(BE/IIM/CA/MBS),Professions(IT Professional/Docotr/Engineer etc.) and place of working(US/UK/Singapore). We are a society of Hyppocrites.Just go to Andhra Pradesh and Kerala...Can any Gulti or Mallu respond to this messgae with the truth? It would be highly appreciated

You idiot go and ask any guy from north kerala how much dowery he got before talking bullshit. Further just because your into it don't paint all communities with the same brush. You will find all kinds of people in any communities but don't just look at the entire community with your myopic vision. It would be of great service to the nation if each individual look into themselves and try to correct self and the people around them before branding any communities which they have zero knowledge about.
