In the Hindu religion, there is a class called %u2018Brahmin%u2019. Now, the Brahmin media made a big campaign some time ago out of the Shah Banu case and they blew it out of all proportion. They implied that Islam restricted the freedom of women. Let us compare the positions of the Hindu woman and the Muslim woman. See the following facts for comparison and then try to bring these Brahmins to their senses.
Hindu Woman: 1. The Hindu woman has no right to divorce her husband. 2. She has no property or inheritance rights. 3. Choice of partner is limited as she can only marry within their own caste; moreover her horoscope must match that of the intending bridegroom/family. 4. The family of the girl has to offer an enormous dowry to bridegroom/family. 5. If her husband dies she should commit Sati (being cremated with her dead husband). Since today%u2019s law in India forbids Sati, society mainly punishes her in other %u201Choly%u201D ways (see below). 6. She cannot remarry. 7. The widow is considered to be a curse and must not be seen in public. She cannot wear jewellery or colourful clothes. (She should not even take part in her child%u2019s marriage!) 8. Child and infant marriage is encouraged.
Muslim Woman: 1. The Muslim woman has the same right as the Muslim man in all matters, including divorce. 2. She enjoys property and inheritance rights. (Which other religion grants women these rights?). She can also conduct her own separate business. 3. She can marry any Muslim of her c

Dear Ramesh, As you said there are no flaws in hinduism, in similar fashion there are no flaws in Islam also. I think you are trying to gather those knowledge which is goes against Muslims. Be neutral and then gather knowledge. It hardly affect you by saying stupid or something like that and it hardly affect any muslim, as well. No one has full information about each other religion except some exceptions. I do agree that the points which Mr. Arnold wrote are not correct to much extent. Please correct all those points in contrast. Its my humble request,so that we all can share this information. All muslims are not like this. Please change ur views. Dear Brothers, Please do not target a Community without any proofs. There must some blackships in every community, you cannot paint all the people considering the few of them with the same brush. Do you brothers the Naxalities, Moists , Assam ultras are killing multiple number more innocent people than Kashmiri militants. Don't take me wrongly, iam supporting the Kashmiri militants. Dear Arnold nice study you have done about hindu...first correction, there is no hindu word in hindu cruptures. What you can espect from ancient tribel people, if some think was wrong in hindusium that also opposed by hindu's only. That's good think we have, but other regilion even dare to do that. I think you read only sacrifices line not in what context.Better read again everything in rig veda then write anything. In our scriptures tells about sex, you know that is only base of life. Without sex you existence also not possible. In all ancient civilization had sacrifices. But hindu's changed much, they have learn from nature. That what we are seeing now a days how many hindu's going for sacrifices. But what other regilion are doing which are much younger to hindu regilion. What happening in muslim and christian countries....where is open sex funda....where is human sacrifies on the name of regilion who are these jehadies....you don;t thing indirectly these are also giving their life on the name of regilion. If hindu' are violent and intorent people foreign regilions (chirstian and muslism)was impossible in india.

yes ronit, because there r 2 reasons... 1. Because people do not look at their own crimes and shortcomings. 2. Because the bloody media likes to eat the vomit of western media which demonises muslims...otherwise it's really strange that people are talking abt muslims. In fact they have to call themselves terrorists. 1. The Gujarat hindu community must call itself terrorists because it has the blood of 2000 innocent muslim civilians on its hands. 2. George Bush has the blood of 650000 muslims on his hands,,his father was a baby killer who killed abt 500000 babies in iraq. Really a weird world, it doesn't punish who it has to punish.
