it is very sad the minister of himachal, which is know for mafia link, smuggering of rich cultural heritage of himachal,,caught with prostitute from delhi,, minister and hotel owner should be in bar, but prison is only poor people of india, all mafia , chor , powerful politician have govt machinery to support them,,,himachal being the most lovely culturaly bautiful state in india, its people are most honest, beautiful and widely respectedin entire india,, it is very shame for congressi culture to bring to power such neferious gooda who alread got burnt with prostitute in delhi,,widely reported in media,still birbhadra singh socalled sexy chiefminster who himselved is involved with somany rape scandal is very blot on himachal devbhoomi,,name,, now himachali are seeing new light in the Mankotia coming to power,, all corrupt leader should in prison,,,all b j p and congress have made this country of thug and commision agents and hell for poor, i request all poeple come out of their sleep and play constructive role and teach all corrupt people a unforgetable lession,,,bali have amassed 100 crores of rupess all his business transaction benami , assesst be declared publicaly,,,put him prison soon,,,otherwise,, common people are not sleeping,,,for ever

well i think everyone enjoys the benefits of his post. its INDIA. the more power u have, the more u r involved in scandals/. the culprits die in old age but the cases still go on in courts. its not even their faults. the whole system is like this, and we too are part of it. INDIA needs a miracle now..

what story simple you need,, i knw this corrupt m l a,, his is very fraud,, idol smuggler with bababrod based pandit , he has mismerised the constituacy people, with power, money and mafia nexus,,, mankotia is very nice person, deserve tobe chief minister of himachal
i dont kn wther bali i sright or wrong but i just want to kn why these politican and the police put oridnary man behind bars when he or she caught in red light area for immoral activity.if the party was organised by his NRI friend then he along with the guest and the hotel management should be charged for immoral activity as per the law.what high morale vales is the cm speaking about if the moral values are so high the whar the hell he was doig there ,the other thing which i want to say that bali is saying that his daughter was also there .sorry to say which among those lady was his wife and daughter. if he had left the party after cutting the cake who was kissing the lady.

he is strong manipularot bania, he started his carrier saling cooker spare part (supstandard) to army conteen with hobnobing central conteen purchasing minister and purchasing minister,, he has wide link with foreing as well indian mafia making quick bucks in money laudering,making money white,,hafty commision,,, he has become the don of his area,, he is master in making people fool, he is womeniser,distribute cricket kit , pay money to is voter, distribute wine and pakka badmassh, and totaly fit to congressi culture,,, it is shame lots of innocent and common people are booked for under immoral activities, it is very painful that so far no minister, his govt i am sorry deppt colliegue so far not booked,,,now I am expecting the b s p will coming in himachal Mankotia is very gutsy guy, he will sure put all corrupt people behind bars ,,, good luck with corrpt people ,,, hang them ,,, right time
