Yes you are right, our indian govt. releases many terrorist coz lac of proof.

RSS/BJP/VHP/BD but not all hindus demolished Babri Masjid and now there is no proof coz there is no masjid to take action against them and allegedly more than 10,000 muslims killed in Gujurat and killers are roaming freely coz our indian govt. have no proof to keep them in locker.

Yes Major Sassy you are right my friend.

Jai Hind

Thanks

Countrymen
by Major Sassy on Jul 28, 2007 01:34 PM  Permalink

let us not support somebody only because he is an Indian or because some hate white people.

Look at the truth; a person who is a terrorist today in Austalia can do the same in India tomorrow.

We should think of the country and humanity and not family religion or nehibour etc.

Fine. Truth prevailed at last and early too. But this incidence suggest the coming days are very difficult for Indians who wish to go and work in foreign countries. This is even very very diffculty for Muslims. They have to suffer lot because of few persons who tarnished the image of Indian.

WHERE THE POLICE & JUDICIARY CAN BE QUESTIONED BY THE PUBLIC WITHOUT FEAR OF REPRISAL. EG. AUSTRALIA, AMERICA, U.K.

IN AFRICAN & ASIAN COUNTRIES HE WOULD HAVE BEEN TORTURED INTO CONFESSING.

As an Indian, I am happy that terrorism charges against him have been dropped. After all, what affected him, also affected my country and it's reputation.

Hope no one else from India gets involved.

Vikas unfortunately the damage is done. And if is guilty which he appears to be to all thinking people we must not protect him only because he is an Indian.
Remember:
No man is island

Letting a terrorist free in Australia means his friends can do the same in India or US.

Innocent till Proven Guilty!
by Chris on Jul 28, 2007 01:14 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Due process has cleared Hanif. No doubt the pressure exerted by our esteemed PM also played a part. This man, our PM that is, has a heart that bleeds for Muslims and other minorities, not Sikhs however! He sleeps soundly when blasts take place on Mumbai trains, or when Kashmiri Pandits are refugees in their own land, driven out by the same Muslims whom he so loves! He appears to be anatomically challenged in his middle and lower extremities. Explains why he can't stand straight when his boss comes along and why he shows no sign of having any spunk whatsoever. Dear oh dear, what a fall from the days of Ranjit Singh and the great Gurus of the Sikhs.

Haneef Case--Australia Drop Charges
by Rajesh Vyas on Jul 28, 2007 01:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sir:

It takes a lot of guts for a Government to drop charges. The Australians have shown that they are nation of laws. They had guts to admit their mistakes and drop charges. Not only did they drop charges, they also did it expeditiously and went by the adage--Justice delayed is Justice Denied.

Can we Imagine this in India? I am afraid not.In India, the poor are guilty until proven innocent, The Rich are innocent until proven guilty.

Thanks you Australia.

Just imagine, how can a person unaware of his laptop being used in terrorist activities? How can a person working in Australia that too in medical profession fall short of money that he is incapable of booking both way tickets. Its peculiar to learn that he was unaware of the fact that its cheaper to book tickets both ways rather than just one way provided that he was very often traveling abroad.
Shame on Dr. Haneef. He has let down the reputations of Indian Muslims and as a whole of all Indians.

If the Aussies did not drop the charges, they would have had more embarassment and drawn more flak internationally. That is why they did it. The way their Prime Minister washed his hands off the case blaming others is absolutely shameful.

Australia is a number one racist nation.

And dont forget, this is an international case involving another country. So there cannot be any comparison with India.

Our government and CBI must have "dropped the charges" hundreds of times. For successful charging you need strong evidence, willingness to pursue and absence of pressure from the government. There is a strong lobby in austrlia against the terror laws and strong opposition from the labour party. Let us hope they don't have to face terror strikes in their land.
