C'mmon Ringo, All hindus are always proud about our sikh brothers. Even Hindutva brigades like RSS never went against sikhs anywhere. infact hundereds of sikhs are saved from congress goondas during 84 riots by RSS and other Hindutva guys. Even Kushwant singh who is not so fond of RSS has praised their role in saving many sikh lives from Congress goondas during 84 riots

Hey guys, First of all, Sikhs are our brothers. Operation Bluestar was the culmination of Indira Gandhi's support to Bhindrawale & the circle was complete after her death. Lets not blame the entire community for the deeds of a select few.
Sikhs have valiantly protected our country against foreign invasion for centuries. Remember Major Kuldip Singh Chandpuri at Longewala, KPS Gill, Our Current army Chief General J J Singh..and many more.
The rank and file of our army is made up of Sikhs.

The subject-discussion is not about Sikhs, but about CIA ISI support through misguided sikh separatists.... well, Perhaps, if blame is to be distributed, perhaps, we should reevaluate the past 60 yrs... i mean, Punjab was created out of greater Punjab,a move that brought the Hindu majority in what was punjab then, into minority... Please, Khalistan movement didn't start in India, it was started from outside.. Blaming SIKHS is the wrong attitude... Sikhs are indians, and it is their motherland. It is a north India issue, rest of the india should simply stay away... There is a brotherhood history...

In many ways, the west previously with the help of the Pakis.harmed and bloodied India. These days they are friendly bcz the muslims in pakistan and India too are creating problems for them. people should flood the embassies of these hurting nations sites with this report.i will.Let them know we know what they did.
The Indian media is responsible for the bad image of the Sikhs. If a Sikh person would do a crime anywhere in India then the media makes sure that they mention that he is a Sikh. Or if some hot headed Sikh in Punjab give some stupid statement then they present the story in such a way that a naive reader would think that the whole Sikh community is responsible for it. Like some time ago I read a story in a major English newspaper titled " Sikhs are spreading AIDS in India". The story was that most of the prostitutes in south India had AIDS and since many truck drivers go to these prostitutes and they contact AIDS virus. Since they are truck drivers they go to diff parts to the country and have sex . So AIDS is spreading. The title very well could have been "Truck drivers are spreading Aids" . But NO. They chose to label the whole community. Why? cos many truck drivers are Sikh. But there are many more Hindu truck drivers than Sikhs. The paper didn't blame them . The Sikh population is only 2% of India. And may be 10% of the total driver population . The newspaper conviently overlooked the other 90% of Hindu/muslim drivers. They also didn't mention that most of the prostitutes in India were hindu. And this is just 1 eg of how the media is biased towards the Sikhs. When was the last time who heard/read in the media anything wrong done by hindu?

Brother this is true everywhere whereever minorities exist. Here in US if any India or people from other country commit a crike he will be in news along with his nationality. However, we Hindus have great respect for Sikhs. Do not go by media and Govt.

SIKHS ARE A GLITTERING COMMUNITY OF SUCCESS IN ALL FIELDS OF INDIA. AT THE TIME OF PARTITION THEY SACRIFICED A LOT AND THAT WAS GREAT. THEY JUST NEED TO BE A LITTLE VIGILLANT AGAINST SOME OF THEM BEING MISGUIDED BY ENEMY OF THIS NATION.AND OTHERS TOO.
India and Indians honored and loved many sikhs in politics,sports or in Administration. So if any body thinks other indians have oppressed or ignored sikhs are plain idiots. Sikhs are spread all over India and they dont face any problems. It was only the dirty politics of Indira congress and arrogance of some sikhs who became rich due to green revolution which led to the khalistani movement. So K-sympathizers hate Indira and not India or hindus because general hindus always consider sikhs as part of hindus.
