Only Hindu believers can make any change in Hindu religious customs
When Gandhi joined in Kerala Social movement to open temples to everybody, he was a believer. So was the AKG, who was a part of Congress then, and not part of CPI.
Only Hindu Believers can make any changes in Hindu religious customs.
The Womens Groups who supposedly made that should ask: Are they Hindu believers?
If Yes, did they contact other Hindu Beliver Groups?
Why did they approach Devdasam Board, which is an aberation on a secular state.
Considering all the above, and genetical anti-Hinduism built in CPIM (supported by Islamists and Xtian activists) - we can very well conclude its more of a mischief, than real concern for Womens equality.

lET THE WOEN ACTIVITES GO AND TELL MASJID PPL TO ALLOW WOMEN INTO MASJID. WOMEN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE MASJID
Looks like Taatakthaiyya here was kicked out of the CPIM cadre for some reason. And he has mixed his lot with irrational folks who have driven drivel into his peasized head. He talks of 'Islam' and 'Xtian(LOL! his way of addressing a community)' when it is nowhere relevant to the topic. He's off his rocker for sure. Poor soul! Confused and struggling for an elusive identity. And even if he does get an identity, his low IQ will not permit him to realise that he has one!

Look at his language and threat! This is how 'cultured' u are armed with the 'culture' handed down by your forefathers? My dear poor Taatakthaiyya. I really do pity souls like u. I wish God had given u a wee bit more IQ than a mentally challenged snail! I really wish. I'm so selfish. I wish it, coz only then I can enter into any discussion with u!
Dude you are a confused lot trying to hide from yourself, you are not sure whether Mullah is right or what the world is saying is, either way you will be thrown out.
I hope now you understand the right meaning of Identity Crisis.

So what if I call them 'ridiculous customs'? Is it an abuse? Is it heresy? Is it blasphemous to voice my opinion? The customs per se are not ridiculous coz they were apt at the time when they were formulated. What is ridiculous is that we still hang on to them irrationally, illogically. And when ppl talk of reform, u hold them back with ur baseless arguments?

Look who's abusing whom! Show me one post where I abused any community? I can show u YOUR posts which are abusive of Islam and Xtians(LOL! ur name for a community, can't help laughing). If you can enter into constructive talk, please do. Else buzz off.

" The only reason you hang on to these --ridiculous customs-- is that they were given to us by our forefathers?" , you have no right to call anything ridiculous unless you have a time context to confirm that it is ridiculous.
When will ppl like Taatakthaiyya Mukherjee and Surya Kanishka come out of their primitive mindsets? Totally Caveman beliefs! And if ppl like me talk about reform, they have no argument to offer. They jus label us Islamist and Xtian and what not! Just two or three such rotten apples are enough to spoil a basket of 100000000 good apples. They unleash hatred in the not so intelligent minds. This is what is the bane of our nation. Talking of our 'rich culture' and 'our family values' and other such inanities and banalities. You think other nations have no culture. U think other nations have no family values? U think all other nations except India are born out of wedlock? These ppl are literate but not evolved. It takes more than mugging up religious texts to be 'evolved'. No rationale at all. The only reason you hang on to these ridiculous customs is that they were given to us by our forefathers? Is that the only reason? And you talk of the eating habits of ppl as Reason no. 2? I pity and sympathise with Taatakthaiyya and Surya. Intellectually bankrupt folks. And the sad part is that they think that they are the flagbearers of our great India! Pathetic state of affairs. If I had my way I would exile such ppl to the Forests for 400 years, just to make sure they'll never come back to hinder India's progress.

there are some vhp/bajrangdal as well as probably islamist and x'ian extremist elements in some of these chats at least, trying to spread hate and get some recruits...not many will be swayed by those i guess, as their quotations have become cliched...
We donot need to engage with Islamists/Xtian Evangelicals like you. Period.
Look at your own ass. Its stinking. Its only Hindus who can discuss/take appropriate measures abt hindu affairs in a temple. A secular state has no juristiction in it.
Its hightime the Devdasam Board is disbanned. Nowehere in India it will be allowed.

And what if they kick ur ass back to pulp u dimwit moron? Shed ur hatred. Try to live a life of compassion and logical choices. Poor tarnished soul!
In Kerala, Hindus are badly divided along caste. CPIM takes advantage of that along with almost 50% Non-Hindu population.
Let CPIM enact such laws in WB, and see what happens.
It shows how ridiculous CPIM has become. It cannot do anything good, its leaders are fighting each other and they are trying to do these things which would have ashamed people like EMS, Basu.

but why do u always keep repeating xian/muslim in all ur posts? Hindus need not compare themselves with other religions and measure themsleves....It is a religion from the ages and having a great cultural history...The plural nature of our country is something to be proud of rather than to be complained about is wht I feel...
cultural, social and religious customs undergo minor changes over time and I think this is one such...I really don't understand what all the fuss is about...
We Indians need to welcome good reforms in our practices time to time if needed and at the same time, condemn/supress by all means the pseudo-seculars and their political party affiliations who influences the people just for the sake of fame and votes. I dont think chudidars or any dress matters in any way as long as the dress is decent and not revealing as we need to maintain the dignity of places. God is no ones property he is for all life. It is the Bhakti that matters and not the attire.
Yes that is very true, I believe most of the descrimination was against the people who did not respect Go-matha. It was against those who used to engage in cow slaughter. Cow is something very dear to the Lord. Cow is supposed to be 'Kamadhenu' and a Satvik animal and it represents 33 crore demigods.
Also as per the evolution of Soul theory of 84 lac species in the Shrimad Bhagavatam, the next body the soul in the Cow body migrates to is a Human with Spiritual and Satvik inclination.
I feel this is not at all a good move.....chudidar is not an indianress, a dress belonging to moghals who ruled india and got adopted by northern part of indians....in the name of making more secular or liberal we need not eradicate our originality....by the way whatever happened in vayalar' son case is a gross mistake for which the priests can be impresoned rigourously!!!!!!

That is where his mind actually is. Body in the 21st century, and mind in the 3rd century.
Yesudas is a christian. That's why he's not allowed. LOL! How uncivilised and ridiculous this concept is. All the ppl with such a haughty attitude have to change. Else they'll be abhorred and shunned in course of time. LOL! High caste and low caste! This is why India takes 100 yrs to do what Japan and USA do in one year in the area of development. Only when Indians change their caveman outlook and become logical and sane thinkers India can develop. Caste politics are the bane of any nation. And why do you think caste politics exist? Everyone curses such politics, but will not budge on their thinking when it comes to themselves. Indians I think are basically naive. The index of naivete can be judge by IQ, belief in superstition, belief in mere mortal Godmen and herd mentality. We have all of these. The least questioning attitude in the world happens to be in India. That's why we progress at a handicapped snail's pace and pat ourselves on our backs. And we gloat about our 'family values' and 'rich culture'. Like we are he only nation in the world who have these virtues and the rest of the nations in the world were born out of wedlock. Bah! Naivete and low IQ to the core.

Eggjactly....Ppl with such a caveman menatality like Mr. Mukherjee here have to be sent on vanvaas...only then India can become a developed nation. These mindsets are abominable! They'll never change and become hurdles in the development process. Please for our nation's sake, let India be in the hands of forward thinking ppl who are devoid of all this caste, custom, tradition naatakbaazi...Ridiculous in this age. The West got out of these things loong back, and look at where they are now. And all our senile Mukherjee minds have stinker mindsets, don't let us move forward.

U guys will never change maan. Ur stinker customs, senile traditions are pulling India back while a few educated ppl are trying to pull it on the path of progress. What a pity that ppl like Thaa-thak-thaiyya Mukherjee are still not exiled.
These were made by you forefathers what we do now ?? discard them, cus a stupid Trivedi/ Chaturvedi/ Dubey had told us. Because he received the ray of light through evangelisation. Bagh re bagh yah se.
