RE:Make Goa Union Territory

I think Goa as a state is run very well thank you. We've had our share of political instability but that doesnt mean anyone and everyone can comment on the status of my state. I'd prefer it if the so-called-experts utilised their time and energy to take care of matters closer to their homelands and let us goans handle our matters by ourselves. We dont go poking our noses in business concerned with other states. This is a failure of the constitutional machinery, not some mass homicide. Chill out. It's been 20 years since this thing started and we've not taken a step back. Goa is still everyone's dream destination isnt it?

what makes you think that? you like the first woman President to show her administrative ability?
India is a perfect example of failure of democracy. Only the powerful persons rule here. It is not the persons who decide thier rulers but the powerful persons alignment to party decide who will be the ruler. Soceity is so divided that they have become vote banks and the persons who are more equal than others rule every show. Divide and Rule is not only the policy of englishman

Thats the point..India is a failed democracy and we lose no time in condemning China which is galloping with development. Indians should be more forth-right in admitting their failures.
we goans have to hang our heads in shame. Parrikar and Churchill are both greedy and want to draw and suck the blood of all Goans. All The Congress legislators like Dayanand Narvekar, are selfish and only look to their own ends. PRESIDENTS RULE IS THE BEST FOR GOA FOR THIS TERM. THROW ALL THESE HUNGRY WOLVES OUT IN THE JUNGLE!

why were there no objections of being a puppet when she was governor? Loyalty does not mean you are always a puppet!

i agree whole heartedly mate. Its a shame that Parrikar has allied with Babush Monseratte(MONSTER RAT) whom he had abused on every given occasion. I am a great believer in democracy but right now there are no ohter options.

What a stupid moronic comment....Use ur pea brain (which I doubt) atleast before you say such a riddiculous thing...!!
The midnight drama has come as a great shock to Goans as 49 days Government is in doom. High Command is to be blamed as we Goans are capable to decide for ourselves. Forced rule is always bad as seen from the political history of Goa with 15 CM's within 2 decades. President Rule is the only option for some time. I feel Parriker should hang his face in shame as he promised to Goans that he would not form a Government without the majority. How can he join with Monserate,Dhavlikars and Churchill, it is a distant dream for us all. It is a slap for us all and all should reject the MLA's who are three terms above. RP 2011 is a ghost to us and it should be scrapped whoever runs the new government and the plan is haunting all the MLA's who are the creators and out to finish Goa and Goans. Perhaps Goa is going to be a mini DUBAI and the conspiracy are with the real estate developers in collision with our Goans rulers. Thomas V. Mesquita, Vasco Da Gama

Indeed its shameful that Parrikar is going to form govt alongwith Babush, Churchill and Dhavlikar..But there might be something he want to do...He is the lone CM who has given abundant progress in just 4 1/2 years and thats why he need to do something like this in order to take Goa to new heights. Everyone in Goa actually projected him as a CM but BJP could not get clear majority and for the long term prospects of BJP he had no other option then to join hands with the above trio. He is doing this to take BJP strong and in particular to bring many developmental schemes in Goa..Well there is no doubt that all politicians are corrupt but i personally would accept A CORRUPT PARRIKAR becoz afterall when he is in the chair of CM he can moot many development..The others have just occupied chairs and looted the govt treasury..It was the schemes of Parrikar which The Congress govt opposed when they were in opposition but they came to power they implemented all those schemes almost copying Parrikar..like IFFI, DRSS, etc.etc. Prior to elections Parrikar has openly affirmed that he will not form the govt unless BJP gets majority. This was a move asking electorates to get clear mandate and as per local newspaper surveys many preferred and projected PARRIKAR as CM but it failed to get majority. Everyone knows almost everywhere Goans voted for BJP not just to elect the local candidate but to make PARRIKAR as CM. Parrikar must be knowing he is in the mud by joining hands but LOTUS w
real face of politicians is again revealed. why people should vote for this politicians, i think president rule should be imposed or suspend these people and they should notbe elected again.
